Due to the characteristics of large scale,high investment,tight schedule,and multiple influencing factors of photovoltaic power plants,frequent conflicts and contradictions will seriously restrict the orderly progress of projects;How to effectively manage conflicts during the construction phase of photovoltaic power plants,in order to control risks,reduce costs,and improve efficiency,has become an important issue that urgently needs to be solved in the field of photovoltaic power plant project management.In view of this,this paper takes the conflict in the construction phase of photovoltaic power station as the research object,through actual investigation and statistics of the distribution law of conflict in the construction phase,in-depth research and analysis of the causes of conflict,influencing factors and their mechanism,and combined with the theory of conflict management,puts forward a new model and new methods of targeted conflict management in the construction phase,which contributes to modern ideas for scientific and efficient resolution of conflict problems in the construction phase of photovoltaic power station.Firstly,based on the characteristics of photovoltaic power station engineering projects,this article adopts a questionnaire survey to investigate and statistically analyze the appearance(manifestation),impact consequences,and frequency of conflict events during the construction phase of 36 photovoltaic power station projects,in order to grasp the distribution pattern of conflicts.After obtaining the raw data,statistical analysis was conducted on it,and the causes of conflicts were further analyzed.After conducting interviews with the expert group to classify the attributes and identify the influencing factors of conflicts,four types of conflict influencing factors during the construction phase of photovoltaic power plants with a total of 16 influencing factors were ultimately discovered.On this basis,the analysis results of the performance intensity of various influencing factors indicate that conflicts during the construction phase of photovoltaic power stations have strong comprehensiveness,complexity,and diversity.Secondly,in response to the identified main influencing factors of conflicts during the construction phase of 16 photovoltaic power plants,Decision Laboratory Analysis(DEMATEL),Adversarial Interpretation Structure Model(AISM),and Cross Matrix Multiplication(MICMAC)were introduced.A DEMATEL-AISMMICMAC comprehensive analysis model was constructed through expert judgment,DEMATEL modeling,AISM modeling,MICMAC,sensitivity analysis,and other processes,By distributing survey questionnaires and combining expert group opinions to determine the direct impact matrix,and then conducting systematic research on the relationship between influencing factors based on joint modeling steps,calculating the centrality and causation of influencing factors,as well as driving forces and dependencies,and determining the impact transmission path,the conflict influencing factors DEMATEL analysis diagram,AISM adversarial multi-level hierarchical structure model,and MICMAC analysis quadrant diagram are finally obtained.Through analysis,the logical relationships between various influencing factors and the mutual influence and transmission paths between various conflicts can be obtained,making the mechanism of conflict events more clear.Finally,according to the key influencing factors obtained from the comprehensive analysis results of DMATEL-AISM-MICMAC,combined with the actual situation of photovoltaic power station,specific countermeasures for conflict management in the construction phase of photovoltaic power station project are proposed from five aspects of contract,technology,resources,management and safety,which provides a scientific basis for avoiding or reducing conflict events,improving the level of conflict management in engineering projects,and is conducive to promoting the smooth implementation of photovoltaic power station construction in China.
