As the main carrier of energy transmission in the urban energy network,the monitoring of cable operation status has received close attention.As an important part of cable monitoring system,wireless sensor network has also become a research hotspot in academia and industry.However,the energy supply of wireless sensor networks has become the biggest problem limiting its development.Because of the wide distribution of sensor nodes and the poor working environment,it is difficult to provide wired power supply.Therefore,the space energy harvesting technology in the power cable application scenario provides an effective solution.This paper study the magnetic energy harvesting technology for the three-core power cable,carry out relevant theoretical research and technical innovation,and provide an energy supply method for the wireless sensor network of the three-core power cable.Firstly,this paper introduces the principle of magnetic energy harvesting.In view of the complex internal structure of the three-core cable and the uneven spatial magnetic field,a simplified calculation model of the spatial magnetic field around the cable is proposed,and the analytical form of the spatial magnetic field around the three-core cable is derived.On this basis,the output voltage of the energy harvesting device is predicted and analyzed.The 3D model is built by finite element simulation software,which verifies the effectiveness of the simplified calculation model.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the layout optimization design of the energy harvesting device.In addition,the influence of the key structural parameters on the output performance is analyzed,the structural parameters are optimized,and the optimization model of the energy-harvesting module is obtained.The energy-management module of the energy-harvesting device is optimized.According to the layout characteristics of the energy-harvesting module,the circuit topology of the energy-management module is designed,including the circuit model of the energy-harvesting module.A half-wave rectifier boost circuit topology is proposed.And,the circuit model based on the LTC-3331 voltage regulator chip is built to obtain the output characteristics of the energy-harvesting device under different cable load current conditions.It is proved that the energy-harvesting device can meet the load demand of sensor nodes in a wide range of load current conditions,and the simulation results prove the feasibility of the above energy-harvesting device.Based on the optimization design of the energy-harvesting device,the experimental prototype is designed and the experimental platform is built to test and study the overall performance of the energy-harvesting device.The experimental results verify the effectiveness of the device,and provide an important basis for the magnetic energy harvesting in the application scenario of three-core power cable.The research focus of this paper is on the space magnetic energy harvesting technology in three-core power cable,and further develops the relevant theoretical research,energyharvesting device modeling and simulation analysis methods.
