The dual-carbon goals have promoted the process of my country’s energy transformation.and at the same time promoted the construction of a new power system with clean energy as the main body.The distribution network,as an important link between load users and wind and solar power sources,undertakes the key task of transmitting electricity.However.the largescale integration of clean energy sources,mainly wind and solar,poses a serious challenge to the stable operation of the distribution network.The Internet Data Center(IDC)is a facility used to store,process and manage a large amount of data and computing resources.The flexible network load task allocation enables the data center to have high-quality demand response(DR)potential.By effectively utilizing data center demand response resources,the problem of supply-demand imbalance caused by the uncertainty of wind and solar power output can be solved.This can also help alleviate the pressure on power distribution network operation and reduce system operation costs,thereby promoting the consumption of renewable energy and providing a guarantee for achieving carbon neutrality goals.Therefore,this paper takes the data center as the research object,excavates the demand response potential of the data center considering the network load task delay,and studies the relationship between the data center and the distribution network collaborative optimization under the dual-carbon goal.Specifically.the main achievements of this article are as follows:Based on previous research,this article summarizes and analyzes the basic architecture.operational characteristics,energy consumption characteristics,and development paths of data centers and distribution networks under the dual-carbon goal,as well as the synergistic relationship between the two;Then,starting from the demand response potential of the data center.a data center energy consumption model based on the network load task delay capability is constructed.and the internal relationship between the network load task delay and the data center load change is analyzed;With the goal of maximizing the net profit of the data center,a calculation model of the demand response potential of the data center considering the network load task delay is constructed:Provide the process of using genetic algorithms to solve the model.providing a foundation for the optimization and scheduling of collaborative distribution networks.Based on the research on the calculation of the demand response potential of the data center this paper studies the synergy between the data center and the distribution network operation;In order to minimize the operation cost of the distribution network.a distribution network optimal scheduling model considering the demand response of the data center is constructed,and the solution flow using particle swarm optimization algorithm is given.In order to verify the effectiveness of the model,this article conducts numerical simulation analysis on the two optimization models constructed.First,for the calculation of the demand response potential of the data center,the relationship between the demand response potential of the data center and the demand response subsidy strategy is analyzed by setting different demand response subsidy strategies.The results show that the subsidy strategy with the same or increasing subsidy price during the subsidy period cannot meet the requirements of load task delay well.The stepped demand response subsidy strategy proposed in this paper can make the network load transfer ideal.Secondly,for the distribution network operation optimization research considering the demand response of the data center,we set different scenarios to explore the impact of the demand response potential of calling the data center and the punishment of abandoning wind and light on the distribution network operation cost and clean energy consumption rate.The results show that,in the scenario of no punishment for wind and light abandonment,because the cost of subsidizing the demand response of the data center is too high,the data center load will not be used preferentially to meet the economic benefits of the system;Under the penalty scenario of abandoning wind and light,calling on flexible load resources in the data center can reduce the operating costs of the distribution network while improving the absorption rate of wind and solar energy within the system.
