| Wind energy is an inexhaustible source of clean energy that does not cause pollution.Nowadays,wind farm has been widely promoted and developed all over the world,but the random fluctuation of wind and the increase of wind power penetration have brought threats to the stable operation of electric power system.In recent years,energy storage systems have attracted more attention due to their characteristics of fast response speed,accurate power control and high conversion efficiency,and the research on the application of energy storage in electric power system frequency modulation has been emphasized and developed.If energy storage system can be combined with wind turbine to participate in frequency modulation of electric power system and energy storage capacity and parameters can be reasonably optimized,frequency modulation effect of electric power system be improved and safety risks caused by high permeability of wind power can be eliminated.Based on this,this paper firstly studies the frequency modulation strategies of wind turbine generator and energy storage respectively,analyzes and compares the characteristics of each frequency modulation strategy for the wind turbine generator,and finally decides to use the control strategy of switching the maximum power point.For the energy storage system,based on the comprehensive control strategy,a two-layer optimization control strategy is proposed,which includes the optimization of the outer weight factor and the optimization of the inner variable coefficient,and considers the state of charge of the energy storage,finally forms the control strategy of the electric power recovery combined with the two-layer optimization.Secondly,integrates the advantages of wind turbine generator frequency modulation and energy storage frequency modulation,proposes a frequency modulation control strategy of wind-energy storage combined system,and designs the frequency modulation model of wind-storage combined system.With the optimal frequency modulation evaluation index and the lowest energy storage consumption as the objective function,particle swarm optimization algorithm was used to optimize the parameters of the wind-energy storage combined system,and the effectiveness of the strategy was verified by the simulation platform.Finally,a visualization simulation platform of the wind-energy storage combined system was developed to achieve the visualization effect of the control and optimization of the wind-energy storage combined system. |
