| With the gradual scarcity of offshore fishery resources,the country has paid more and more attention to pelagic fishery in recent years.my country’s pelagic fishery has developed rapidly,and the number of pelagic fishing vessels has naturally increased rapidly in a short period of time.Ultra-low temperature refrigerated transport vessels,which are also used to transport fishing cargo at sea and provide essential supplies for crew members,have grown rapidly.The ship hatch cover is one of the important structural equipment of the ship.Whether the structural strength and tightness of the hatch cover meet the requirements is an important factor for the safe navigation of the ship.If the cover plate and supporting structure of the hatch cover are designed too thin,the strength of the hatch cover may not meet the requirements,which will bring safety hazards to the navigation of the ship.If the design is too thick,the overall weight of the ship will increase and decrease The center of gravity of the ship slows down the speed and brings more fuel consumption.Therefore,it is very necessary to carry out lightweight research on ship hatch covers.Under this background,this research adopts the method of combining theory with experiment to study and analyze the application of composite materials to the hatch cover of refrigerated transport ships.The main research contents are as follows:(1)By combining the strength theory of composite materials with experiments,the mechanical properties of epoxy glass fiber composite materials are obtained,and the experimental results are verified and analyzed by finite element simulation modeling,and the influences of different ply angles on the strength of composite materials are obtained;(2)Based on the design of traditional steel hatch cover,the composite hatch cover is designed according to the strength theory of composite material and the method of finite element modeling.The strength and heat transfer of steel hatch cover and composite hatch cover are analyzed respectively,and the advantages of composite hatch cover and traditional steel hatch cover are obtained from the aspects of weight reduction,heat preservation and economy.(3)Through the strength calculation of composite hatch covers at different temperatures,the influence of temperature on the strength of composite hatch covers is obtained,and on this basis,the composite hatch covers of refrigerated ships are further optimized to obtain safer composite hatch covers,which also provides new insights and ideas for the design and check of composite hatch covers of other ship types. |
