With the increasing support from national policies and the development of related technologies, the scale of electric vehicles is growing, which puts certain requirements on the construction of charging infrastructure.Among them, the construction of charging facilities on expressways at this stage is still insufficient and cannot meet user demands. Moreover, existing research has not been able to plan expressway charging stations based on user charging satisfaction.Against this background, this paper mainly conducts the following work:Firstly, based on the traffic characteristics of expressways, this paper analyzes user charging behavior under the context of information interaction and establishes a comprehensive satisfaction evaluation model for expressway charging by considering two dimensions:charging location satisfaction and total charging time satisfaction. The Monte Carlo method is used to simulate the characteristic parameters and traffic behavior of electric vehicles, and a expressway charging station selection model is established by considering the characteristics of expressway user charging behavior.Combining the aforementioned models,a comprehensive satisfaction prediction model for expressway user charging based on real-time information is established.Next,a two-layer model for expressway charging station planning is constructed. The upper layer takes into account investment costs and carries out renovations and new constructions for existing and candidate stations on the target expressway sections, respectively. The lower layer aims to maximize the overall comprehensive charging satisfaction of all electric vehicle users by matching them with charging stations.Drawing on the greedy algorithm,a sensitivity coefficient-based sequential planning method is proposed, and an iterative algorithm for the upper and lower layers is designed to effectively solve the two-layer model. Finally, taking a section of the Beijing-Harbin Expressway as a case study, relevant parameters are determined, and the charging situation and satisfaction before planning are predicted and analyzed.A charging station planning scheme is obtained for the scenario five years later.Subsequently, the charging situation and satisfaction in the fifth year after planning,as well as the planning adaptability, are analyzed. The results validate the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed planning model.
