| In the current strategic context of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality," the integration of large-scale new energy into the grid has led to an acute problem of new energy consumption, and there is an urgent need to seek new regulating resources to increase the consumption capacity of new energy. At the same time, more appropriate incentive methods should be implemented in the electricity spot market to ensure winwin benefits for all parties involved in the consumption of new energy and to stimulate their enthusiasm for participating in new energy consumption. In recent years, the development of electrochemical energy storage has been rapid, and it has become an indispensable new regulating resource for the system due to its excellent charging and discharging characteristics. How to formulate a source-storage coordinated scheduling strategy to improve the level of new energy consumption and propose appropriate spot market trading incentive methods to ensure win-win benefits for all parties involved is currently an urgent issue that needs to be researched and solved. Therefore, this paper studies the coordinated optimization scheduling strategy of source-storage for large-scale new energy access to the grid.First, this paper studies the mechanism of source-storage coordination for new energy consumption.Based on the analysis of the operating characteristics of new energy, the consumption bottleneck problem of large-scale new energy access to the grid is analyzed, and it is explained that the access of large-scale new energy and the decrease of conventional power generation capacity have resulted in a double contradiction of increasing demand for system peak regulation and insufficient peak regulation capacity, leading to the bottleneck problem of new energy generation.Based on the analysis of the regulating characteristics of electrochemical energy storage, this paper studies and elaborates on the mechanism of source-storage coordination for new energy consumption based on energy storage participation in regulation.Second, this paper studies the source-storage coordinated scheduling strategy based on energy storage participation in regulation.Based on the division of new energy generation scenarios into "large generation scenarios" and "non-large generation scenarios," corresponding source-storage coordinated scheduling models are proposed for each scenario.Based on this,a source-storage coordinated optimization scheduling model based on the new energy generation scenario is established and solved. Finally,a source-storage coordinated scheduling strategy based on energy storage participation in regulation is proposed.Furthermore,to promote the implementation of the source-storage coordinated scheduling strategy based on energy storage participation in regulation proposed in this paper, this paper proposes incentive methods for spot market trading to promote new energy consumption.A spot market incentive mechanism for promoting new energy consumption is established around the various stakeholders involved in new energy consumption.Based on this,a source-storage revenue game decision model based on win-win benefits for all stakeholders is established and solved, forming an incentive method for spot market trading to promote new energy consumption. Finally, the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed source-storage coordinated optimization scheduling strategy and incentive methods are verified through simulation calculations using actual operating data from a large-scale new energy access to the grid with a high-capacity electrochemical energy storage plant. |
