| In order to reduce the use of fossil energy,it is necessary to increase the development of renewable energy in our country.Biomass energy is a kind of renewable energy,which has the advantages of wide range of raw materials and less pollution.In many biomass energy utilization devices,biomass press is relatively clean,research and development of more common equipment.In order to improve the shortcomings of traditional biomass block press,such as large footprint,low production efficiency,high energy consumption and serious wear of key parts,this paper proposes a new vertical biomass block press design scheme,the specific research contents and conclusions are as follows:1)The research of single factor test and orthogonal test of biomass pressing block forming was carried out,and the test data obtained in the test were analyzed.The optimal combination of factors affecting biomass pressing block forming was as follows:forming pressure was 40Mpa,water content was 15%,and pressure holding time was 20s.The optimal combination of factors can provide data support for the structural design and hydraulic system design of the new automatic biomass press below.2)The structure of the new biomass press is designed,and the main technical parameters of the new biomass press are designed according to the data obtained from the above test.The main structures to be designed include:storage mechanism,pushing structure,compression chamber structure and locking structure.Then the 3D modeling software is used to simulate the structure and assemble it.3)The power plant of the new biomass press is designed.Because the hydraulic transmission has the advantages of fast reversing,low cost and stable operation,the new biomass press chooses the hydraulic transmission control scheme.Firstly,according to the control requirements of the scheme,draw the control principle diagram of the hydraulic system,and then calculate the model of the hydraulic component according to the empirical formula,and carry out the pressure loss and temperature rise check,and choose the cooler according to the check results.4)The finite element simulation analysis is carried out on the heat stress of key components in the compression chamber during the main compression stage.By using the workbench finite element analysis,the temperature of the biomass product and its surface forming effect,as well as the change of the stress,strain and temperature of the main structure in the compression chamber can be obtained when the biomass raw material is compressed and formed under the specified pressure and speed.The results show that the maximum temperature of each structure in the compression chamber is less than the maximum temperature that No.45 steel can withstand,and the whole temperature of the pressing product has reached the minimum temperature for lignin softening smoothly.The surface forming of the pressing products is better,the surface is smooth and flat;The maximum stress generated in the compression chamber during the main compression and pressure maintaining stage is less than the allowable stress of No.45 steel in this working environment,which meets the use requirements;The maximum equivalent elastic strain is small,which mainly appears at the contact surface between the lock insert plate and the biomass material and the contact surface between the lock insert plate and the compression outer frame,and has little influence on the forming structure. |
