Research On The Planning And Design Of Forestry Industrial Park And The Evaluation And Utilization Of Forest Landscape

At a time when the Party and the state are continuously promoting ecological civilization,beautiful rural construction,agricultural and forestry supply-side reform and the construction of pastoral complexes,the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy is of great significance to the construction of a new model of industrial ecology and ecological industrialization,and the construction of ecological forestry parks is an important basic unit;In recent years,the domestic ecological protection work has achieved great results,and the development of the forestry industry is of great significance to promote the domestic economic cycle and promote rural revitalization.This paper takes Yingling Village,Wangcheng District,Changsha City,Hunan Province as the research object.Firstly,the judgment matrix is constructed by analytic hierarchy,the weight of industrial indicators is obtained,and then the planning and design of the forestry industrial park in Hero Ridge Village is carried out.Secondly,the beauty evaluation method was used to comprehensively evaluate the forest landscape of Hero Ridge Village,analyze various forest landscape elements in Hero Ridge Village,establish a landscape evaluation system model,and rationally plan and utilize the forest landscape of the industrial park.The main findings are as follows:(1)In the industrial evaluation results,the weight value of tourism is the largest,the weight value of forestry is second,and the sum of the weights of these two industries is greater than the sum of the weights of the remaining five major industries,which indicates that the planning of the forestry industrial park in Heroling Village is mainly based on tourism and forestry,supplemented by other industries,so that the industrial layout in the industrial park can be optimal.Specific weights by industry:tourism=0.3397,forestry=0.2636,plantation=0.1985,transportation=0.0729,comm erce=0.0545,fishery=0.0411,animal husbandry=0.0297.The weights of each index layer are arranged from largest to smallest:forest coverage>rice planting>traditional culture protection>forest health care experience>tourism reception capacity>wood production>passenger accessibility>cultural activities carried out>fruit and vegetable planting>water pollution>fruit tree planting>homestays>agricultural experience>science popularization education and cultural center>road hardening rate>chicken,duck and goose breeding>machine cultivation road>rare flowers and trees planting>fishing activities>camping activities>farmhouse catering experience area>village architectural style>bee breeding>water supply>Rational use of livestock and poultry manure>waterfall activities>camping bases>aquatic product breeding.(2)Using the multiple linear regression program of SPSS26.0 software,eight landscape elements were screened,and finally the landscape factors that had the greatest impact on the beauty of Hero Ridge Village were seasonal phase obviousness Xi,forest phase excellence X4,road accessibility X5,community richness X7,and sketch artistry Xs,these landscape factors should be the key factors to be considered in the future construction of forest beauty in forestry industrial parks.At the same time,a beauty evaluation model is established:SBE=3.060+0.60*(X1)-1.169*(X4)+0.589*(X5)+0.205*(X7)-0.452(X8)(R2=0.54,P<0.05).Through model analysis,the industrial park can improve the forest landscape quality of the industrial park by strengthening the obviousness of seasonal phases,the reasonable applicability of small products,the rich diversity of communities,the high quality of forest facies relationships,and improving the road system.(3)Guided by the evaluation results of field investigation and analytic hierarchy,the planning and design ideas of Hero Ridge Village Forestry Industrial Park were proposed.Combined with the existing basic conditions of Hero Ridge Village,the overall layout of "two axes,two cores,and five districts" is proposed;The functional area is divided into forestry production area and ecological tourism area,and the ecological tourism area is divided into forest health care experience area,hero ridge science popularization leisure area,Datang Chong entertainment and leisure area and agricultural experience area;At the same time,special planning and design of roads,plant planting,water supply and drainage,and service facilities have been improved.(4)According to the evaluation results of the beauty evaluation method and the national guidance on "rural revitalization",the strategy of planning and utilization of the forest landscape of Hero Ridge Village is proposed.Combined with the existing forest landscape resources of Hero Ridge Village,the overall optimization of the forest landscape of Hero Ridge Village is carried out,the overall style of Hero Ridge Village is improved,and Hero Ridge Village is built into a beautiful village integrating the prosperity of forestry industry and forest health and leisure tourism.In summary,this paper puts forward the planning scheme of Heroling Village Forestry Industrial Park based on the evaluation of industry and forest landscape,which provides a reference basis for the subsequent construction of forestry industrial park,and is also of great significance to the transformation and upgrading of forestry industry in Heroling Village.
