| As a kind of workpiece that transforms sliding friction between two objects into rolling,it is crucial to carry out a series of dimensional inspection in the manufacturing process,and the inspection accuracy determines the rotational accuracy,assembly accuracy and positioning accuracy of the bearing.In this paper,based on the bearing production line automation transformation project,the inspection device of bearing inner and outer rings is studied in detail from the demand of bearing related dimensional automation inspection,combining the measurement method of main parameters of inner and outer rings and the measurement principle,and using machine vision and digital display comparator together.By designing a bearing inner and outer ring size inspection system,the system completes the inspection of the workpiece through machine vision inspection and digital display instrument,which reduces the labor intensity,realizes the accurate measurement of the workpiece,the inspection speed is fast,and realizes the automatic recording of data,which is of great significance to the development of workpiece inspection,the main research contents of this paper are as follows:This paper introduces the bearing inner and outer ring inspection system,including the design of the mechanical structure of the inspection system,the selection of the hardware of the inspection system,and the construction of the inspection system platform.In this paper,the hardware system design plan is formulated according to the inspection project of the inner and outer rings of bearings,and the design and construction of the platform that can complete the inspection of the inner and outer rings of bearings is combined with the actual situation of the production site.In the pre-processing stage of the image,after image filtering,image segmentation,edge detection and other processing,through the improvement of the traditional algorithm,so that the algorithm is further optimized to lay the foundation for the subsequent sub-pixel detection.On the basis of sub-pixel segmentation,by improving the Zernike moment algorithm,the threshold k_t is obtained by calculating the 9×9 template coefficient,and the system error is about 0.05 pixels from the measurement results,which proves that the improved detection algorithm can complete the detection system requirements.This paper introduces the improvement of the circular runout inspection device,using the digital display comparator to complete the raceway circular runout and flatness inspection of the workpiece to be measured,the analysis of the results obtained,by comparing with the results of the original measurement device,the error of the measurement results of the inspection device in 0.005mm,to verify the effectiveness of the device.Through the design,selection and construction of the bearing inner and outer ring inspection equipment,we have completed the software development of the inspection equipment,realized the image processing,size detection,information storage pixel equivalent calibration and other functions,and realized the automatic function for inspection and data recording. |
