In the field of exterior wall cleaning,the number of high-rise buildings is large and continues to grow,making the demand for exterior wall cleaning more and more large.However,the traditional artificial exterior wall cleaning has high risk factor,low work efficiency,and faces the aging of workers,labor shortage and other problems.Therefore,exterior wall cleaning robot,which can replace manual cleaning of building exterior wall,has become important research.At present,the exterior wall cleaning robot still has some problems,such as insufficient research on user requirements and incomplete software and hardware functions.From the perspective of product system design,based on mirror theory,combined with the method of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and quality function deployment(QFD),this dissertation studies the system innovation design of exterior wall cleaning robot products.Firstly,the concepts and methods of product system design,mirror theory,AHP and QFD are reviewed,and the above theories and methods are combined to put forward an innovative design model based on mirror theory and AHP-QFD.Secondly,the pain points of the exterior wall cleaning robot were obtained through user research,and the pain points were transformed into innovative requirement based on the mirror theory.AHP is used to determine the weight and importance ranking of the requirements,and the design strategy based on user requirements is output.QFD are used to transform user requirements into product characteristic and product characteristic into parts configuration,obtain the weight and importance ranking of product characteristic and parts configuration,and output the design strategy based on product characteristic and parts configuration.Finally,according to the design strategy,the hardware and software product system of exterior wall cleaning robot is constructed,and the design practice and evaluation are carried out.This dissertation provides an innovative design model of exterior wall cleaning robot,proposes the product design strategy of exterior wall cleaning robot,constructs the hardware and software product system of exterior wall cleaning robot,and carries out the design practice.It provides a new idea and method for the innovative design of exterior wall cleaning robot,which has good practical value and significance.
