With the continuous development of tourism,the number of tourists continues to increase,the number of ways to travel within the city,but for tourists,some conventional transportation in the city can not meet the requirements of direct access,and the sudden increase in the number of tourists,but also to the normal operation of conventional transportation,therefore,the city development of tourism bus service tourists can be a good solution to the inability to direct access,high transport pressure,high empty rate The problem.However,how to improve the satisfaction of both tourism bus companies and tourists on the basis of rational planning of tourism bus routes is still an issue that needs attention.Therefore,the following studies were done to optimize tourist bus routes:(1)On the basis of the conventional bus line optimization problem,the line service level is taken into account as one of the optimization objectives,considering the special characteristics of the tourist bus serving only tourists.The line service level is evaluated by five indicators: road level,tourists’ ride experience,attraction level,attraction search volume and attraction point volume,and the indicator data are transformed into the same magnitude by logarithmic processing.Meanwhile,the randomness of tourist bus driving time is also considered,and stochastic planning theory is introduced to establish a stochastic chance constrained planning model for the tourist bus line optimization problem by taking the lowest operating cost of the tourist bus company,the shortest time spent by tourists and the best average service level of the line as the objectives.(2)In order to improve the convergence speed of the algorithm,improve the crossover and variation probability of the genetic algorithm,introduce stochastic simulation and neural network,design a hybrid intelligent algorithm to solve the tourism bus line calculus,compare the solution results of this paper’s algorithm with those of the traditional genetic algorithm,and verify the efficiency of the hybrid intelligent algorithm.(3)Considering the seasonality of tourism,the tourist volume on holidays and the tourist volume on weekdays have a large gap,the tourist bus operating in the conventional bus mode is not able to meet the demand of tourists,and for some cities with fewer attractions,the tourist travel demand is less,increasing the empty rate of the tourist bus.Therefore,the problem of optimization of tourism customized bus routes is studied for the seasonal characteristics of tourism.Based on the consideration of random variables travel time,the stochastic chance constrained planning model for the optimization problem of tourism customized bus lines is established with the objective of minimizing the total cost of tourism customized bus companies and the cost of tourists’ consumption time.(4)A hybrid intelligent algorithm combining stochastic simulation,neural network and improved genetic algorithm is designed for the characteristics of the tourism customized bus model,and an arithmetic example is constructed with some attractions and distribution centers in Xi’an city as the research object,and the designed algorithm is used to solve the tourism customized bus route scheme in Xi’an city,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the model and algorithm are verified.
