| Aerial ropeway is the equipment that can realize long-distance passenger and cargo transportation.It has strong adaptability to special terrain,strong climbing function,and can cross rivers,canyons and other complex terrain.The whole ropeway system presents the characteristics of large cable span,easy swing of the cable car and small damping system.Under the action of strong wind,the cable car is easy to swing under the influence of wind.Terrain such as mountains and valleys are often in a complex wind field environment.If the cable car swings too much in the wind,it may lead to the collision between the cable car and the tower,as well as the rope derailment from the rope wheel,the cable car fall and other serious accidents.Therefore,it is very important to study the wind effect control method for the cable car.Damper and damper Damper A damper method based on the Double Tuned Mass Damper(DTMD)to control the wind-induced vibration of passenger cable car is proposed by using the method of theoretical analysis and numerical simulation.Specific research work is as follows:(1)Aiming at the external excitation oscillation of cable car,a DTMD is designed in this paper to weaken the oscillation of cable car.In this paper,the dynamics model of the DTMD-cable car system is established,and the dynamics equation of the DTMD-cable car system is established by using Lagrange equation.The dimensionless dynamic response expressions of cable car are calculated and derived(θ~*).The fixed point optimization strategy and numerical optimization strategy of TMD are compared and analyzed.The enumeration search method is used to optimize the parameters of DTMD.(2)The influence of parameters such as mass ratio,position ratio,natural frequency ratio and damping ratio coefficient of DTMD on the peak of dynamic amplification coefficient and frequency modulation width of cable car is theoretically analyzed by using MATLAB calculation software programming,and the optimal parameters of DTMD form are determined by enumeration search method.Compared with the damping effect of Damper by a Single Tuned Mass Damper(STMD)with optimal parameters,the resonant peak of DTMD’s dynamic amplification coefficient curve decreases by 27.2%.The FM width has been increased by 42%.The damping parameters of DTMD and the robustness of DTMD after perturbation of cable car mass and natural frequency are evaluated.(3)Aiming at chattering caused by pulsating wind,the numerical simulation method of pulsating wind load is studied,and the Davenport spectrum and Kaimal spectrum time history curve of pulsating wind are simulated by MATLAB program with linear filtering method,and the wind load of cable car is calculated.The influence of the mass ratio,position ratio,natural frequency ratio and damping ratio coefficient of DTMD on the displacement and acceleration of cable car is analyzed under the action of two wind speed spectra in different return periods.The vibration damping effect of STMD,DTMD and Multiple Tuned Mass Dampers(MTMD)on the swing of cable car under the global optimal parameters is analyzed.In conclusion,DTMD has the best effect on the wind vibration control of cable car. |
