Digital transformation can improve the operating efficiency of enterprises,enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and help enterprises to reduce costs and increase efficiency.All walks of life have deeply recognized the importance of digital transformation.The field of rail transit has also begun to actively carry out digital transformation.As far as the Electric Multiple Unit(EMU)is concerned,it has accumulated a large amount of paper-based technical data since its launch.More importantly,as the scientific and technological content of the EMU is getting higher and higher,the structure is becoming more and more complex,and its application and maintenance are more and more dependent on technical data.The traditional technical data is very inconvenient to use and query,and it has been unable to meet the needs of EMU information maintenance support.A digital technical data management method is urgently needed.The way to realize the digital management of EMU technical data is to apply Interactive Electronic Technical Manual(IETM)technology.The research on IETM in China ’s rail field started late,and the application of IETM for EMU is still in the stage of theoretical research and exploration.In this paper,the EMU air conditioning system is used as the carrier for practice,and the IETM of the EMU air conditioning system is studied and implemented.S1000D is an international standard for interactive electronic technology publications,which has a huge maintenance organization.Based on this standard,this paper studies and implements the IETM of EMU air conditioning system.The main research contents of this paper are :(1)The technical information of EMU air conditioning system is structured,and the structured processing methods and processes of technical information are studied and summarized.A set of technical information coding method suitable for EMU vehicle is designed.The maintenance support analysis,information set determination,air conditioning system structure division and original data analysis of EMU air conditioning system are completed.The technical information of EMU air conditioning system is modularized and the IETM data module requirement list(DMRL)of EMU air conditioning system is created.(2)The IETM data module and other unstructured data of EMU air conditioning system are studied and stored.The IETM technical information markup language and constraint method are studied.XML and Schema are selected as the technical information markup language and constraint method respectively.The data module structure and compilation process are analyzed,and seven types of data module Schema are created,including description class,program class,fault class,maintenance plan class,operation class,wiring class and graphic parts class.According to the data modules listed in DMRL,all data modules are compiled,and unstructured data such as pictures,multimedia and three-dimensional data are studied and produced.The data module and unstructured data storage are studied and designed.(3)The publishing process of IETM technical publications is studied,and the IETM publication module of EMU air conditioning system is created.Based on XML,XSL and HTML technology,the interactive electronic technical publication(IETP)of EMU air conditioning system is released.The IETM reading system of EMU air conditioning system is designed and implemented.The application effect of IETM of EMU air conditioning system is analyzed.Through the research and implementation of the EMU air conditioning system IETM and its application effect analysis,it is concluded that the EMU air conditioning system IETM can greatly improve the efficiency and level of maintenance and support of the air conditioning system,and the implementation method and process of the EMU air conditioning system IETM can provide reference and reference for the implementation of IETM for the EMU vehicle. |
