Railway transportation plays an increasingly important role in the whole transportation system.It has become a common choice to choose railway as a way of travel.In addition,the all-weather,green and sustainable operation characteristics of railway transportation make mixed passenger and freight railway share a large number of production and transportation tasks.With the increasing speed and capacity of train operation,how to maintain the comfort of passengers,ensure the smooth operation of trains and master the track geometric irregularity in a controllable state is a difficult problem that the railway administrative department must face.Research how to make full use of rail inspection vehicle inspection data,track quality state evaluation and scientific decision-making maintenance and repair timing,enhance the line maintenance and repair level is of great importance.To this end,the thesis focuses on the following research work in conjunction with inspection data from multi-phase rail inspection vehicles on the Beijing-Baotou line:(1)Research on line disease analysis and evaluation method of track quality state based on rail inspection vehicle dataMainly analyzes the basic principle of GJ-6 type rail inspection car,and introduces in detail the data pre-processing process of rail inspection car,involving mileage correction,rail inspection car positive and negative hanging,over limit editing and field review,etc.The evaluation of track quality status is performed by utilizing track inspection vehicle data from Beijing-Baotou line over the course of one year.The analysis examines the connection between the track quality status and seasonal climate,as observed through TQI value changes,and delves into a comprehensive study of the mutual impact of track direction,gauge,height,level,triangle pit,and other related components.In addition,the study examines the track disease data from multiple periods to identify major diseases present in different sections of the railway line at different times.This analysis serves as a guide for focusing on key directions for maintenance and repairs.(2)Research on curve state evaluation and realignment method based on rail inspection vehicleThe study adopts various intervals such as 20 m,10m,and 5m to investigate the state evaluation method based on the curvature and curvature change rate curves.The analysis proposes using a 5m interval curvature change rate for evaluating the state of higher-speed operating lines.Comprehensive analysis of several different curve radius calculation methods based on rail inspection vehicle data,and analysis of the feasibility of curve radius calculation based on rail inspection vehicle data.A comprehensive analysis was conducted on the application of curvature rate-based curve realignment,positive vector-based curve realignment,and moving-circle-center-based curve realignment theories to rail inspection vehicle data.The purpose was to provide theoretical support for the improvement of the applicability range of rail inspection vehicle data.(3)Research on maintenance and repair strategies based on dynamic detectionTwo types of track unevenness prediction models,namely linear regression and polynomial prediction models were constructed.Based on rail inspection vehicle data,the TQI values of different section lengths were predicted and analyzed for the accuracy and pros and cons of the two methods.A reasonable prediction section length was identified through the analysis.Analyze the influence of large road maintenance machinery operation on the line quality state and seek the change law of TQI and its components.The TQI’s target management value was calculated using mathematical and statistical methods,and a prediction model was utilized to predict and analyze the period of large machine tamping in different sections.This analysis provided a scientific and reasonable maintenance and repair strategy for the Beijing-Baotou Line.
