At present at home and abroad for the large cross the main tower construction research is less,failed to the existing bridge main tower construction safety risk effective control realistic guiding significance,in order to reduce the big across the bridge main tower model construction safety risk,through the identification of all kinds of risks,establish a fault tree model for quantitative analysis and evaluation,put forward targeted and operational measures,to control the construction safety risk within a controllable range.This paper first studied the relevant risk theory and the characteristics of bridge main tower construction,made clear the research content and research route,and then to the Xiangxi bridge main tower construction,for example,through the literature collection and expert investigation of the Xiangxi bridge main tower construction risks in the thorough analysis,the risk factors bottom events according to the "people","machine,","material","method","ring" five risk classification and identification of production factors.The risk quantification analysis is conducted through the fault tree modeling,and the qualitative analysis is conducted by obtaining the minimum cut set method.Through the calculation and analysis of the occurrence probability of the top event and the probability of the bottom tree.Through research and analysis,in the five fault trees of production factors,the probability of top events occurs from large to small order: construction method,personnel risk,mechanical equipment,environmental risk,material risk,so it is necessary to focus on the control of construction methods and mechanical equipment.In the basic events of construction method fault tree,illegal lifting and overloading are the important factors causing accidents;In the basic events of mechanical equipment fault tree,wire rope fracture,overload use and fracture of stressed components are the main factors.In the basic events of personnel risk fault tree,the main reasons to work with certificates are the main causes of risk accidents.Finally,according to the importance of the probability of the quantified bottom events,it is proposed that the control measures should strengthen the organization and system management,the daily construction load control,and the mechanical inspection.Through the quantitative research in this paper,the conclusion obtained provides an important reference value for the safety management of the main tower of the same type of Bridges,so that the safety management means can be based,so as to improve the safety management efficiency,especially for the increasing safety management of large-span Bridges.
