In recent years,the state has continuously promoted the market-oriented reform of the power system,promoted the compliance reform and development of state-owned enterprises,and posed a lot of challenges to the sales model,monopoly position of the industry,compliance operation and lean management of the traditional power industry.Based on the strategic goal of marketing digitalization of electric power enterprises,taking N Electric Power Company as an example,the possibility and specific direction of digital transformation of enterprises in marketing management are studied,the existing problems in marketing management informatization are solved,and the optimization scheme system is explored to improve the level of enterprise marketing information management and improve the efficiency of enterprise marketing control and control,so as to provide support for the sustainable value-added development of enterprises.This paper mainly uses management knowledge such as information system,internal control,and strategic consistency model to optimize the digital management and control system of N Power’s marketing business.Through PEST environmental analysis and SWOT analysis method,the enterprise informatization development strategy is identified,and the Nolan model and questionnaire method are applied to analyze the gap and practical problems between the degree of marketing informatization and the informatization strategy of the enterprise,and the causes are analyzed in combination with internal control theory.On the basis of clarifying the optimization objectives and principles,the key success factor method is used to analyze the optimization needs of enterprise marketing informatization,the BPR process re-planning is used to re-plan the business process,the system is optimized according to the strategic consistency model,and the optimization plan is implemented through IT project implementation management and various safeguard measures to ensure the implementation of the optimization plan.Finally,the secondary index model of AHP-PCE fuzzy evaluation is established to comprehensively evaluate the optimization system.The optimization research in this paper will help enterprises achieve strategic goals,improve the level of information marketing management,and enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.
