With the development of the national economy,tunnel construction is gradually extending to remote mountainous areas and complex geological environments.especially in the CZ and high buried areas of China.High temperature hot water is everywhere,and various unfavorable geological conditions such as wide cracks and water filled karst cavities are often encountered during tunnel and underground engineering construction.High temperature water burst disasters cannot be ignored.The grouting technology is the most common method to plug geothermal hot water,and the selection of grouting materials is very important.Traditional grouting materials have problems such as poor volume stability,long setting time and low hydrodynamic retention rate,which can not meet the actual needs of engineering.Therefore,research and development of grouting materials under high temperature dynamic water environment is urgent.This paper adopts theoretical analysis,laboratory test,simulation test and other means to carry out research,to sort out the research status of grouting materials and grouting simulation research status.analyze the influence of temperature and water coupling on grouting materials,put forward the performance requirements of high temperature dynamic water grouting materials,by adding industrial solid waste and performance optimization agent to modify ordinary cement grout.The macroscopic properties of the serous stone body were tested and the hydration mechanism of the material was revealed by means of microscopic analysis.The engineering applicability of grouting materials is evaluated by physical model experiment.The main contents and research results are as follows:(1)Considering the demand of grouting treatment under the coupling effect of temperature and water,the various performance requirements of grouting materials are put forward,the design and development principle of dynamic water grouting materials under high temperature environment is expounded,and the basic performance of raw materials is studied.(2)Taking industrial solid waste and cement as the base grout,the variation rule of its performance at different temperatures was studied.In view of the performance defects existing in the base grout,the orthogonal experimental design method was used to add a variety of performance optimizers for optimization,and the grouting material suitable for high temperature dynamic water environment was developed.Moreover,the influence rule of various performance optimizers on the engineering properties of grouting materials is studied,and the dynamic adjustment of grout properties is realized.(3)The variation rule of properties of high temperature dynamic water grouting materials under different temperature environments is studied,and the rheological model of grout under high temperature environment is determined,which provides support for the establishment of grouting diffusion theory.The differences of hydration products and microstructure of grouting materials under different curing temperatures were compared and analyzed,which provided some theoretical support for the explanation of macroscopic phenomena.(4)A set of test system was designed and developed to simulate the grouting under high temperature dynamic water environment,realizing the visualization of the grouting process and the controllability of dynamic water velocity and formation temperature.The grouting simulation test under high temperature dynamic water environment was carried out for the optimal ratio.Taking the compressive strength of grouting and solid at different ages in the optimum ratio under different formation temperatures as the evaluation index,the grouting effect of grout was evaluated,and its applicability to the high temperature dynamic water grouting project was verified.
