Some state-owned enterprises of our country,because of the historical reasons,the lack of core technology,the competition of foreign enterprises and other problems,more or less financial problems,especially individual traditional manufacturing enterprises,because of various reasons that the enterprises do not have a good financial strategy,lead to financial crisis,and even the road of bankruptcy reorganization.However,bankruptcy reorganization is only a legal procedure to solve the financial crisis,and the most critical problem for enterprises is how to learn from the previous experience and lessons,quickly complete debt repayment,disposal of bad assets,rational use of newly invested capital,and find a financial strategy suitable for their own characteristics after bankruptcy reorganization.S company bankruptcy restructuring process is no doubt relatively successful.It was once the benchmark for manufacturing industry in our country,also one of the rare leading enterprises.Through grafting external advantages and its parent company helping it deal with a large number of non-performing assets,the company successfully completed bankruptcy reorganization in just over four months,minimizing the impact on the manufacturing industry.After bankruptcy reorganization,the company was able to quickly adjust its strategy and solve a series of problems before bankruptcy reorganization.This is certainly rare in the case of strategic transformation.After the bankruptcy reorganization in 2019,Formula S integrates GM’s resources with its own advantageous industries.Under the background of active coordination by the government,Formula S combines the capital advantage of the parent company,accelerates the financial predicament and completes the financial strategic transformation.However,up to now,the company is still in a state of impairment fund shortage.After bankruptcy and reorganization,the efficiency of the use of funds is not high or the efficiency of the use of funds is not high.For this reason,the paper selects S company for empirical analysis.On the basis of the smooth transformation of the financial strategy of S company after the bankruptcy reorganization,the relevant financial indexes of S company from 2019 to 2021 are collected and measured,and the methods of modeling and selection are adopted.the financial strategy matrix of S company is established.In addition,through the measurement and study of various parts listed in S company’s strategy matrix,it is concluded that there is a lack of provision in S company’s strategy matrix from 2019 to 2021.Then,based on its financial strategy matrix,the financial strategy selected by S company is evaluated,and the advantages and disadvantages of the financial strategy currently implemented by S company are analyzed.Finally,according to the financial strategy matrix reflected in the financial strategy of S company,the author gives relevant suggestions for improvement.And hope that through this case,more enterprises in the same industry in the formulation and application of financial strategy to provide reference.Through the analysis of this problem,it shows that this problem is feasible in practice,and it is also a useful exploration for the development of state-owned enterprises.
