In the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)control system,the traditional PI control has some problems such as system instability and poor robustness.In order to improve the control performance of the system,this paper studies the high-performance control of PMSM based on fuzzy sliding mode control.In order to improve the robustness of the system,the sliding mode control(SMC)is adopted as the control mode of the system,and the chattering problem of SMC is studied.In order to weaken the chattering problem of SMC,a new sliding mode controller(IMSMC)is designed by combining exponential reaching law and power approach law and using sigmoid smooth switching function.A simulation model is established to verify the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.In order to improve the dynamic response performance of the system,the fuzzy logic theory is introduced into the IMSMC to adjust the sliding mode gain in real time on the basis of the design of IMSMC,and the fuzzy sliding mode controller(FIMSMC)is designed by using the combination of fuzzy control and sliding mode control.On the basis of fuzzy control theory,fuzzy rules are set by using the distance of system state variable approaching sliding mode surface and sliding mode gain,and the feasibility of the proposed control scheme is verified through simulation.In order to eliminate the steady state error of FIMSMC,the system uses finite set model predictive control instead of PI current loop control to propose a fuzzy sliding mode model predictive control(FIMSMC-MPC)scheme.First,the integral error term is designed to propose a new integral error cost function.Secondly,considering that large external load disturbances will lead to large system chattering problems,a load disturbance prediction model is designed and feedforward compensation is made to the cost function to propose a dual predictive control mode of current and disturbance.Finally,a simulation model is built to verify the feasibility of the FIMSMC-MPC scheme.The control system schematic diagram is designed based on the system hardware circuit design and software design to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme.Build a PMSM control experimental platform based on TMS320F28335 chip,and verify the feasibility of the control scheme proposed in this paper through experiments.
