The construction environment of full-face hard rock tunnel boring machine(TBM)is relatively closed,and the surrounding rock environment is complex and prone to safety accidents.In the process of TBM construction,it is necessary to analyze and identify the geological conditions in the tunnel.Traditional geological prediction and prediction methods are difficult to meet the intelligent requirements of TBM tunneling,which affects the efficiency and safety of TBM construction.In recent years,digital twin has been widely used in the manufacture and application of mechanical equipment due to its high-fidelity modeling,virtual-real mapping relationship,multi-scale physical simulation,physical feature perception and other characteristics.Digital twin can monitor,restore,manage and control the behavior state of physical entities in virtual space,reflect the whole life cycle state of real physical entities in physical space,realize the interactive mapping between virtual space and physical space,and achieve the purpose of simulation analysis and optimization decision.The digital twin theory provides an effective theoretical support for the development of underground space engineering in the direction of digitization,informatization and intelligence.At present,due to the low degree of automation of multi-source data acquisition,poor fusion analysis ability and incomplete simulation model construction of TBM tunnel,the research on digital twin in TBM tunnel engineering is still in its infancy,and there is a lack of research on TBM digital twin,key technology and model construction method.In this paper,the digital twin framework and five-dimensional model of TBM construction rock machine are proposed.Taking the intelligent classification of surrounding rock and the simulation of surrounding rock stress and displacement field as an example,the digital twin of TBM construction rock machine based on the fusion of twin data model and twin mechanism model is constructed,and the virtual simulation analysis is preliminarily carried out.Based on the Unity3 D platform,the TBM construction rock machine digital twin system tunneling system is integrated and developed,relying on the Xinjiang water diversion TBM project for application.The TBM construction rock machine digital twin tunneling system designed and developed in this paper can analyze,perceive and simulate the engineering field data,and can feed back the running state and rock mass state of TBM equipment in virtual space to physical entities.The digital twin high-fidelity modeling,multi-scale physical simulation,physical characteristics perception and other characteristics are initially realized.The specific research results of this paper are as follows:(1)The digital twin framework of TBM construction rock machine is proposed.Based on the digital twin theory,this paper proposes a digital twin framework for TBM construction rock machine,in order to realize the intelligent prevention and control of TBM tunnel disasters.A five-dimensional digital twin model of TBM construction rock machine is proposed,which includes five aspects:TBM construction physical entity,TBM construction virtual model,twin database,application service and connection.The key technologies and intelligent decision-making methods of TBM construction rock machine digital twin are expounded.(2)Virtual simulation of TBM construction rock machine digital twinBased on the digital twin theory and combined with the requirements of TBM construction site,taking the intelligent classification of surrounding rock and the analysis of surrounding rock stress and displacement field as examples,the digital twin of TBM construction rock machine is established from the perspective of twin data model and twin mechanism model construction,and the virtual simulation analysis is carried out.The intelligent classification model of surrounding rock based on tunneling parameters is established by using data mining technology,and the test accuracy of the model is as high as 98.7%.Using numerical simulation technology,based on the mechanical properties of different surrounding rock grades and the structural characteristic parameters of rock mass in the engineering site,the excavation is simulated,and the state of rock mass in the engineering site is restored,and the stress and displacement field of surrounding rock is obtained.The rock breaking behavior of TBM tunneling is mapped from the physical characteristic level and the evolution law of stress and displacement in the process of rock mass failure is revealed.The results of the digital twin rule model of TBM construction rock machine are stored in the database.With the excavation of TBM construction,the mechanical parameters of the excavated rock mass are obtained,the corresponding simulation research is carried out,and the database is continuously expanded and updated.When TBM construction is excavated to the rock mass under the same surrounding rock parameters,the corresponding parameters can be directly selected in the database to obtain the simulation results of the surrounding rock.(3)Development of TBM construction rock machine digital twin tunneling system driven by mechanism and dataBased on the Unity3D platform,the digital twin tunneling system and client interface of TBM construction rock machine are designed and developed.The system integrates key functions such as TBM tunneling action and tunneling posture,real-time data display,simulation,historical database query and call.Based on the Xinjiang water diversion TBM project,this paper has carried out the application of the digital twin tunneling system of TBM construction rock machine based on data and mechanism double drive.It can analyze,perceive and simulate the field data of the project,and can feed back the operation state and rock state of the TBM equipment in the virtual space to the physical entity.
