| With the development of economy,people’s requirements for product individuation are more complex today,and it is difficult to adopt the traditional manufacturing mode of large quantities of the same products.Therefore,scholars have proposed a comprehensive scheduling model to mainly solve the production of complex products.For manufacturing enterprises that process single piece and small batch of complex products,the irreversible damage of equipment is unacceptable,so minimizing the loss of all actual processing equipment is a consideration for many enterprises and projects.At present,there is no special analysis and research on equipment loss in the analysis and processing of integrated scheduling related models.In view of the fact that equipment loss is not considered in the current comprehensive scheduling research,the comprehensive scheduling problem with equipment loss is analyzed,and a flexible comprehensive scheduling algorithm without complex constraint equipment loss is proposed.The algorithm obtains the priority value of the process on different equipment according to the proposed calculation method of the priority value of the process loss,According to the proposed loss priority sequence dynamic determination strategy and the equipment optimal operation selection strategy,the operation scheduling sequence is determined,The proposed vertical adjustment strategy of loss priority sequence is adopted to adjust the processing equipment of the process repeatedly selected by the equipment,so as to reduce the total loss value of the equipment.This paper analyzes the influence of multi equipment processes on equipment loss,and proposes a flexible integrated scheduling algorithm for multi equipment processes affecting equipment loss.In this algorithm,the priority strategy of multi equipment process competition is proposed.When the general process competes with multi equipment process for equipment resources,the priority scheduling of multi equipment process is determined.The earliest and shortest waiting strategy of collaborative processing equipment group is adopted to ensure that the idle waiting time brought by multiple equipment processes is as short as possible at the time of equipment driving.The proposed multi equipment process conflict loss adjustment strategy is adopted to solve the problem of multi equipment process conflict and the problem of a prolonged waiting time.The influence of the same type of equipment constraint on equipment loss is analyzed,and a flexible integrated scheduling algorithm is proposed.Under the same type of equipment resource constraints,the algorithm proposed the strategy of determining the same equipment loss priority operation group by analyzing the selection of processing equipment by the process,and solved the problem that the same equipment shared the same alternative process set,The proposed allocation and scheduling strategy of the same type of equipment loss is adopted to solve the problem of selecting the same type of equipment when the process is determined to process on a certain equipment,The proposed strategy of selecting the same equipment for collaborative processing is adopted to solve the problem that the same type of equipment is required for multi equipment processing.In this paper,the flexible integrated scheduling problem considering equipment loss is studied and analyzed.According to the examples under different conditions,the solutions are obtained and compared.It is proved that the algorithm proposed in this paper can effectively solve the flexible comprehensive scheduling problem related to equipment loss. |
