With the development of economy and science and technology,human demand for electricity has increased dramatically,and in 2021,the south of China experienced widespread power outages,which were mainly due to the aging of thermal power generation system and low efficiency of power generation.As an important part of thermal power generation system,the performance of globe valve has an extremely important impact on the efficiency of thermal power generation.In dissertation,the noise reduction performance of the sleeve type globe valve is studied,and the simulation analysis verifies whether the sleeve type globe valve body and valve stem meet the design requirements.At the same time,a digital twin study of the sleeve type globe valve is conducted.First,the noise reduction performance analysis of the sleeve-type globe valve is carried out,and the fluid dynamics is introduced.According to the characteristics of each turbulence model,a suitable turbulence model is selected for subsequent fluid simulation analysis,and the internal flow characteristics of the globe valve are simulated using CFX fluid simulation analysis software to analyze the causes of noise generated inside the globe valve.The acoustic theory is introduced,and a suitable acoustic model is selected,and the acoustic simulation analysis of the globe valve before and after the sleeve is added using Fluent software.By comparing the acoustic simulation analysis results of the globe valve before and after the sleeve is added,it is concluded that the sound pressure level of the globe valve decreases by 20 d B on average during operation after the sleeve is added,and the noise generated during the operation of the globe valve can be effectively reduced by adding the sleeve.Second,the sleeve type globe valve body stem performance analysis,threedimensional modeling of the valve body stem,the use of ANSYS Workbench software for the sleeve type globe valve body and stem for static analysis,verification of the sleeve type globe valve body and stem to meet the requirements of use,and the sleeve type globe valve body modal analysis,to get the vibration pattern,to avoid resonance of the valve body and sleeve.Finally,the sleeve type globe valve digital twin was carried out for modeling.Unity 3D software is used for data visualization of the digital twin,followed by data transmission and acquisition of the digital twin mainly using Lab VIEW program and TCP/IP protocol.Then,the composition,principle,and experimental steps of the flow resistance test bench are introduced,and the accuracy of the digital twin and the previous simulation results are verified by comparing the flow resistance experimental data with the flow resistance simulation data and finding that the error between the experimental data and the simulation data does not exceed 10%.
