Under the influence of temperature,load and other factors,semi rigid base roads are prone to diseases such as reflection cracks,shortening the service life of the road and reducing driving safety.Laying anti crack stickers between the road base and surface layer can effectively prevent the expansion of reflective cracks in the base layer,thereby protecting the road surface layer.This article compares the performance of different types of anti crack stickers to determine the performance advantages of basalt fiber anti crack stickers.Based on this,the optimal specification of basalt fiber anti crack stickers is studied and determined.Finally,the conclusions drawn from indoor experiments are verified using digital image technology.Firstly,compare the anti cracking properties and anti cracking effects of three different types of polyester glass fiber,non-woven stress fabric,and basalt fiber.The anti crack adhesive performance includes mechanical properties,bonding properties between the substrate and substrate,and interlayer bonding properties.The anti crack adhesive is directly stretched using a tensile instrument,and the maximum tensile value is measured to determine its mechanical properties;Measure the contact angles between different anti crack adhesive substrates,base layers,and liquid droplets using the lying drop method,and calculate the adhesion work between the substrate and substrate using the surface energy principle to compare the adhesion performance between the anti crack adhesive substrate and substrate;Since the sufficient bonding of crack resistant adhesive with base course and surface course is the premise to prevent crack propagation,the bonding performance between different types of crack resistant adhesive layers is compared through the interlaminar direct shear test;Finally,the crack resistance effects of different anti crack stickers were compared through three point bending,low-temperature small beam,and Overlay Test tests.The results showed that basalt fiber anti crack stickers had significant advantages.Secondly,based on the comparison results of different types of anti crack patches,basalt fiber anti crack patches were selected as the research object,and the specifications of basalt substrate were refined.Mesh cloth with specifications of 110 g/m2,120 g/m2,130 g/m2,160 g/m2,and plain cloth with specifications of 250 g/m2,320 g/m2 were selected to prepare basalt fiber anti crack patches.Compare the mechanical properties of different specifications of crack resistant stickers and prepare them into composite rut plate specimens;Through the interlaminar direct shear test and combined with the microscopic scanning image,the bonding performance was compared;Using three point bending,low-temperature small beam,and Overlay Test tests combined with various experimental indicators to comprehensively compare the crack resistance effect,and to compare the cost-effectiveness of various specifications of crack resistant stickers.The results show that the 160 g/m2 and 320 g/m2 anti crack stickers have better anti crack effects.The former has better resistance to concentrated loads,while the latter has better sustained crack resistance.The 160 g/m2 anti crack stickers have the best cost-effectiveness.Finally,digital image correlation technology(DIC)is used to synchronously capture the full field displacement of the entire process of crack occurrence and development in the threepoint bending specimen,calculate the real-time orthogonal displacement field at the crack tip,and propose dynamic fracture characteristic parameters.The results show that the 160 g/m2 grid cloth and 320 g/m2 plain cloth can better disperse stress and suppress crack propagation in the specimen.This article studies different types of anti crack stickers and refines the specifications of basalt fiber anti crack stickers.The research results provide reference for the design of high performance to price ratio anti crack stickers and provide technical support for preventing reflective cracks in semi rigid base asphalt pavement.
