In recent years,with the rapid popularization of cars and the rapid development of highways,the occurrence of traffic accidents has remained high.Among them,traffic accidents caused by vehicle explosion tires are countless,which seriously threatens the safety of citizens’ lives and property.Therefore,people’s attention to the safety of car tires is increasing.Many automotive industries and scholars at home and abroad have conducted relevant research on explosion-proof tire technology.Compared with other explosion-proof tire products,tire burst emergency safety device is a brand new automobile safety product,which can solve the safety accident caused by various reasons for flat tires,while safeguarding people’s safety and health,it also produces significant economic benefits.Therefore,the research on tire burst emergency safety device has a broad prospect and great significance.Taking the tire burst emergency safety device and rim as the research object,this paper uses the method of combining simulation analysis and experimental verification to study the normal pressure working characteristics of the tire burst emergency safety device and rim,and analyzes the zero pressure traveling state after the tire burst,to ensure that the tire burst emergency safety device can play a safety protection role in the vehicle after the tire burst.The specific research content of this paper is as follows:(1)Based on the working principle of the tire burst emergency safety device and the outline features of the automobile rim,the overall scheme design of the tire burst emergency safety device is determined,and the structural design of the device is completed in combination with the design requirements.Use the finite element software ANSYS Workbench to conducted the finite element simulation of the tire burst emergency safety device and the rim model,verifying the feasibility and rationality of the device structural design.And the product is trial-produced.(2)Firstly,the radial fatigue simulation of the tire burst emergency safety device is carried out.And transform the dynamic process of tires running on the ground for a circle into quasi-static analysis,and the accuracy of the simulation model is verified by experiments.It is concluded that the overall stress distribution of the device and the maximum stress position are at the bolt connection end.Then,conduct a modal simulation analysis of the tire burst emergency safety device to determine that the device will not resonate with external excitation.Finally,the ANSYS NCode Designlife software predicts the fatigue life of tire burst emergency safety device,it is concluded that the tire burst emergency safety device will meet the fatigue life requirements and will not cause fatigue damage.(2)The thermal coupling simulation was carried out on the tire burst emergency safety device,analyzing the impact of changes in the temperature field on the structure of the device.And the accuracy of the simulation model was verified by low temperature test and high temperature test.It was founded that when the high and low temperature fields changed,the structural strength of the bolt connection end met the use requirements.It was concluded that the temperature field temperature is reduced,and the structural strength of the device is beneficial;the temperature field temperature rises,which is harmful to the structural strength of the device.(4)A heat dissipation analysis of the emergency safety device of the explosive tire is obtained to conclude that the device has good heat dissipation performance.Then establish the stress model of the tire burst emergency safety device when the tire is driving at zero pressure and conduct simulation on different stress models.It is concluded that during the tire traveling at zero pressure tire,the rim bears most of the load of the zero pressure tire.Therefore,the tire burst emergency safety device for a flat tire will not break during zero pressure travel of the tire,and can effectively prevent the tire from detaching from the rim,ensuring the safe driving of the flat tire vehicle.
