Model Predictive Control(MPC)is widely used in the field of motor control because of its simple structure and easy to deal with complex nonlinear systems.In this paper,the permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is taken as the control object to study the model predictive control strategy,and an improved and optimized model predictive current control strategy is proposed.The main research contents are as follows:In this paper,the aim and significance of model predictive control of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)are described,and the control strategy of AC speed control system is summarized,the research status of model predictive control for permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is discussed in this paper.At the same time,the basic structure of PMSM is introduced,the mathematical models of PMSM in static and dynamic coordinates are established,the SVPWM method and vector control strategy are introduced.Then the model predictive control theory is introduced to describe the permanent magnet synchronous motor model predictive current control,based on which the traditional model predictive current control is introduced.Secondly,by introducing deadbeat and single-vector model predictive current control strategy,the traditional duty cycle double-vector model predictive current control strategy based on deadbeat is analyzed,on this basis,a vector switching method is proposed.The control objective of the proposed method is not to make the predicted value of torque current equal to the reference value under deadbeat,but to change the switching time of voltage vector and ensure that the current error is equal symmetrically,the torque current control error is reduced.The maximum torque current error in the period after vector switching is calculated and compared with the traditional duty cycle two-vector model predictive current control method based on deadbeat.The feasibility of the vector switching method is proved.Finally,using MATLAB/Simulink software to build simulation model for vector control,traditional duty cycle double-vector model predictive current control based on deadbeat idea,improved duty cycle double-vector model predictive current control after vector switching,the control performance of the three control strategies is simulated from both steady state and dynamic state.The simulation results show that the torque current tracking error is reduced by0.3 A and THD is reduced by 6.9% after vector switching.Based on the hardware and software realization of PMSM control system,the experimental platform of PMSM control is built.The feasibility and superiority of the improved strategy are proved by the simulation and experimental results of three different control strategies...
