Since the 13th Five-Year plan,with the implementation of the policy of "Three Reductions,One Lowering and One Compensation",a large number of domestic coal mines have been shut down,resulting in high commercial coal storage and coal prices,which has sharply increased the procurement pressure of thermal power enterprises;At the same time,the contradiction between "market coal" and "planned electricity" is becoming increasingly fierce,which is constantly compressing the profit space of thermal power enterprises,bringing huge risks to their operation and development.Entering the 14th five year plan,the market-oriented attribute of power products will be further deepened;With the proposal of the"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals" the power market is also full of more and more uncertain factors.In this context,how thermal power enterprises deal with a series of potential risks is related to whether they can seize opportunities,become stronger,better and bigger.Based on COSO risk management framework and internal control theory,this thesis selects H thermal power company as the research object,constructs a research framework of"identifying risks-evaluating risks-dealing with risks",and studies the financial risk control activities of H company:firstly,sort out and summarize the relevant literature at home and abroad,so as to lay a solid theoretical foundation for the development of the thesis;Secondly,it summarizes the basic situation and risk control work of H company,makes a qualitative analysis on the financial risks existing in the operation and management of H company,identifies whether there are financial risks in its daily activities,and divides the types of financial risks,so as to effectively identify the current financial risks of the company;Thirdly,the entropy method and efficiency coefficient method are used to construct the financial risk evaluation model of H company,based on which the financial risk of H company is quantitatively analyzed and the financial risk level is quantified to objectively evaluate the risk degree;Finally,based on the results of risk identification and assessment,targeted response strategies are adopted in order to further improve the risk response ability of H company and escort the goal of becoming stronger,better and bigger.The research results of this thesis can be used as a reference for thermal power enterprises to carry out similar financial risk control activities. |
