As a traditional means of transportation,ships play a pivotal role in modern economic activities.With the end of the Second World War,the world economy has entered the stage of rapid development.With the rapid development of world trade,the volume of global cargo transportation has also increased.Compared with several other modes of transportation,shipping is the main mode of transportation for global trade because of its low price.Because shipbuilding is a labor-intensive industry,thus the management of construction workers,the management of ship visitors,and the management of seafarers when the ship is sailing,still needs to be improved.In order to solve some existing problems of personnel management in ship construction and navigation,this paper designs a personnel positioning system based on radio frequency communication.The system mainly consists of the positioning card,the base station,the substation and the server.The paper designs the hardware circuit of the positioning card,including the 2.4GHz radio frequency communication module,the alarm module,the NFC module,the motion sensor module,the MCU module and the power module;The paper designs the hardware circuit of the base station,including the 2.4GHz radio frequency Communication module,the 433MHz radio frequency communication module,the MCU module and the power module;The paper designs the hardware circuit of the substation,including the 433MHz radio frequency communication module,the audio module,the Ethernet module,the RS485 module,the HUB chip module,the Raspberry Pi module and the power module.The paper also designs the software of these three parts and the graphical interface software of the server,including the report monitoring system and the voice broadcasting system.Finally,the paper tests the functions and characteristics of the system,and the test proves that the performance of the system meets the requirements of the application scenarios,and the cost of the layout is low.It is not only suitable for the shipbuilding industry,but can be also widely used in other industries with personnel management needs. |
