Abstract/Summary:
With the advent of the "Internet +" and 5G era,the traditional Internet mode is gradually shifting to mobile terminals,at the same time,it drives the development of online shopping apps.Online shopping APP is a mobile terminal carrier of intelligent shopping integrating consumer information query,purchase product reservation and payment functions.It meets all service type enterprise application conditions,improving consumer satisfaction is the key to their survival.High consumer satisfaction with the services provided by shopping apps can generate high consumer loyalty among existing consumers and bring larger user clusters for enterprises.Based on the analysis of satisfaction,this paper explores Pinduoduo’s service needs,extracting spell of electricity APP consumer platform for quality,quality of product quality,delivery and after-sale quality,perceived value,satisfaction and loyalty eight dimensions factors influencing the spell of electricity APP consumer satisfaction,Qualitative and quantitative research methods are adopted to obtain relevant data through questionnaires,and an empirical research model of consumer satisfaction of Pinduoduo e-commerce APP is constructed for research.This paper takes the empirical study on consumer satisfaction of Pinduoduo e-commerce APP as the research topic to understand the focus of Pinduoduo e-commerce APP consumers and to under the condition of meeting the needs of users,make itself occupy an advantageous competitive position fierce shopping industry.Through questionnaires,reliability and validity analysis and structural equation analysis,Pinduoduo e-commerce APP consumers are investigated and studied in an all-round way.It is found that consumer expectations positively affect platform quality,product quality,distribution quality and after-sales quality.Consumer expectation,platform quality,product quality,distribution quality and after-sales quality have a positive impact on perceived value.Perceived value has a positive effect on consumer satisfaction.Consumer satisfaction positively affects consumer loyalty.combined with the research results,the research finally explores the spell of electricity APP consumer satisfaction promotion strategy,as well as the ascension of the consumer satisfaction of the same kind of APP to provide the reference sample.It can provide effective reference for shopping services and network provision can meet the diverse needs of consumers,improve online shopping service quality and enrich APP functions and interactivity with a targeted target.
