Research On The Value Assessment Of Intangible Cultural Heritage

On May 20,2006,China issued the first national intangible Cultural Heritage list.By 2021,China has issued five batches of intangible cultural heritage lists,including 1,557 items at the national level and more than 10,000 items at the provincial level.The number of Intangible cultural heritage in China ranks among the top among other countries in the world,and the number of intangible cultural heritage ranks the first in the world.Currently,42 items have been included in the world-class intangible cultural heritage list.However,from the actual situation,due to the lack of market competitiveness and inheritance ability,intangible cultural heritage has become a severe and urgent topic,and the development and protection of intangible cultural heritage is urgent.But because our country about the definition of intangible cultural heritage value is not clear,for the complicated connotation value classification of complex,uncertain standard,lead to the protection of intangible and there are many difficulties in the development process,can not fundamentally solve the problem of value,it is difficult to effective combination of the modern economy,therefore,cannot make connotation value to exert the effect of market competition,It has greatly hindered the development of intangible cultural heritage.In this paper,the intrinsic value of the intangible cultural heritage as a starting point,adopt qualitative and quantitative two methods respectively,and adopts the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)analysis of the value of the intangible cultural heritage including types,and analyzing the characteristics of each value has analyzes the inner link between each value elements,clear from different aspects of heritage value and carries on the classification and measurement,To determine the qualitative indicators and evaluation standards,construct the value evaluation system,and construct the theoretical framework of intangible cultural heritage value evaluation,the construction of the theory is the prerequisite for the later qualitative and quantitative evaluation;At the same time,CVM method was used to design and issue questionnaires to calculate the non-use value of intangible cultural heritage.To apply good evaluation model is set up,the introduction of non-material cultural heritage,with the characteristic of Tianjin local Sha Wo radish caches of planting and skill,this case was applied to establish the model,the grade of qualitative and quantitative valuation,and analyzes the applicability of the evaluation conclusion and use SPSS software to analysis the main factors influencing the willingness to pay,It provides reference for the value evaluation,further development,inheritance and protective development of intangible cultural heritage.The innovation of this paper lies in the qualitative analysis and evaluation of intangible cultural heritage,which can determine the status of intangible cultural heritage in the whole evaluation system and lay a foundation for government management.At the same time,it also provides a quantitative value evaluation,which provides a certain basis for the market development of intangible cultural heritage.The deficiency of this paper is that it only carries out independent qualitative analysis and quantitative evaluation of intangible cultural heritage,but does not combine the two.In practical application,the evaluation method needs to be further improved according to the different evaluation objects.
