Research On Innovation Performance Evaluation Of High-tech Enterprises Based On Improved Balanced Scorecard

Under the guidance of the national innovation driven development strategy,innovation has become the main theme of the development of all walks of life.The establishment of enterprises with strong integrated innovation ability and innovation driven sustainable development has become an urgent need for China to build an innovative country and achieve high-quality development.As one of the most active carriers of enterprise innovation,high-tech enterprises have played an important role in promoting the national innovation driven development strategy in recent years,although the investment in R&D funds and R&D personnel have increased year by year,the leading role of innovation is still insufficient.One of the important problems is the lack of internal driving force of enterprise innovation,and the attention to the performance generated by innovation activities is far from enough,In particular,the research and application of innovation performance evaluation are not enough.Only by comprehensively and scientifically evaluating the innovation activities of high-tech enterprises can we better guide the innovation activities to achieve better output and results,provide reference and reference for the innovation management of high-tech enterprises in the future,and promote the construction of an innovative country.Based on the characteristics of high-tech enterprises and the perspective of innovation driven development strategy,this paper evaluates the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises based on the improved balanced scorecard and factor analysis,which has important research value and practical significance to improve the effectiveness of performance management of high-tech enterprises.Firstly,this paper systematically combs the related concepts and basic theories of high-tech enterprises,innovation performance,performance evaluation and balanced scorecard.Secondly,it analyzes the problems existing in the existing innovation performance evaluation of high-tech enterprises,starting from the actual needs,improves the traditional balanced scorecard based on the innovation characteristics of high-tech enterprises,and designs an innovation performance evaluation index system of high-tech enterprises with 18 indexes in the dimensions of innovation finance,innovation environment,innovation investment and innovation achievements.After establishing the performance evaluation model of each high-tech enterprise with the qualification and innovation index of the high-tech enterprise by using the analysis method of 65 high-tech enterprises listed on the scientific and technological innovation board,it establishes the performance evaluation model of each high-tech enterprise with the qualification.Finally,bring the sample data into the model for empirical analysis,calculate the comprehensive score and rank,compare with the actual situation,analyze the results,verify the rationality of the model,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.This paper hopes to provide an effective innovation performance evaluation model for the innovation management of high-tech enterprises through the improved balanced scorecard and factor analysis method,promote the improvement of innovation performance level and sustainable development in the application of innovation performance evaluation of high-tech enterprises,and provide reference for relevant enterprises to improve innovation performance evaluation.
