| In the process of high-quality economic development in China,the innovative development of the supply chain is an important development goal of supply-side structural reform and improving the quality of development.Supplier selection as the source of the supply chain link,plays a decisive role in the future development of economic profit of core enterprises.However,due to the complexity of the decision-making environment and the decision-maker’s personal psychological preference,the evaluation information in supplier selection problem is usually vague and uncertain.Many scholars have studied supplier selection methods under uncertain information and have achieved a series of results,but they have not systematically studied supplier selection methods under different decision types and different evaluation information types,especially there are still deficiencies in the study of similarity and consistent measure of uncertain information.Therefore,this paper mainly studies the supplier selection method under the intuitionistic fuzzy uncertainty information,the hesitant fuzzy uncertainty information and the linguistic picture fuzzy uncertainty information,and applies it to the supplier selection problem of the actual manufacturer.The main contents are as follows shown:(1)Considering the habit of semantic expression in the real decision-making environment,the linguistic picture fuzzy set is defined and the related algorithm is proposed,which provides a new type of uncertain evaluation information for supplier selection.Secondly,the generalized distance measure,generalized Haursdorff distance measure and generalized hybrid distance measure of the LPFS are defined,and the TOPSIS and TODIM methods based on objective entropy weight method are proposed,which provide two more better ranking methods for supplier selection problem.Finally,the proposed supplier selection method is applied to a manufacturer’s actual problem of selecting the optimal global parts supplier,and the effectiveness and stability of the proposed method are verified by comparative analysis and sensitivity analysis.(2)Considering the supplier group decision making problem in intuitionistic fuzzy uncertain information environment,the concordance correlation coefficient satisfying the similarity axiom under intuitionistic fuzzy uncertain information is proposed firstly,which provides a more accurate similarity measure for supplier selection problem under intuitionistic fuzzy uncertain evaluation information.Secondly,an optimal consensus model based on the minimum adjustment cost is proposed,and extended to the TOPSIS method and proposed an innovative TOPSIS method.Finally,the proposed supplier selection method based on intuitionistic fuzzy uncertain information is applied to the actual problem of an automobile manufacturer’s selection of parts suppliers,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparative analysis.(3)Considering the supplier group decision making problem in hesitant fuzzy uncertain information environment,the hesitant fuzzy concordance correlation coefficient is proposed firstly,which provides a more accurate similarity measure for supplier selection problem under hesitant fuzzy uncertain evaluation information.Secondly,an optimal consensus model based on the minimum adjustment cost is proposed,and extended to the TOPSIS method and proposed an innovative TOPSIS method.Finally,the proposed supplier selection method based on intuitionistic fuzzy uncertain information is applied to the actual problem of an automobile manufacturer’s selection of parts suppliers,and the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by comparative analysis.To sum up,the supplier selection method based on uncertain information proposed in this paper provides a new theoretical basis for the real supplier selection problem,which will help the core enterprises in the supply chain select the high-quality suppliers suitable for their own development and promote the efficient and high-quality development of enterprises and supply chains. |
