| In recent years,China has accelerated the small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)credit guarantee system construction,including financing guarantee agencies and re-guarantee company is the mainstay in the credit guarantee system construction,financing guarantee institutions to provide loan guarantee service for SMEs,and re-guarantee companies provide financing guarantee institutions to guarantee service,share to reduce the risk of financing guarantee institutions guarantee,It plays a positive role in solving the problem of "difficult and expensive financing" for SMEs.YC Re-guarantee Company uses credit rating to identify and evaluate risks of financing guarantee institutions,providing important reference for its business decisions.Therefore,the establishment of a sound credit rating system is the core of risk management of YC Re-guarantee Company.This paper takes the credit rating system of YC Re-guarantee Company as the research object,conducts in-depth research and analysis on its rating index,rating method and rating process.This study used questionnaire survey method,literature analysis method,as well as the combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis,the YC Re-guarantee Company credit rating system present situation research,found that the existing problems,and an analysis of the causes for problem,rating from the rating indexes,rating method and process of YC Re-guarantee Company studies deeply on the problems existing in the credit rating system.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward an optimization plan for the credit rating system of YC Re-eguarantee Company,which is optimized and improved in three aspects: rating index,rating method and rating process.Including the optimization of index system,optimize the index weight,refactoring rating elements in logical relationship between checked and broaden the channels of credit information collection,the data analysis of prerequisite entry link,set up four audit and review mechanism,optimized and verified the effect of credit rating system,the rating results of before and after optimization and application are analyzed in comparison.At the same time,in order to ensure the effective implementation of credit rating system,also put forward the implementation of safeguard measures. |
