Study On Operation Mode Of C Shantytown Reconstruction Project

Many vulnerable groups often live in shantytowns.Their houses have a long history,incomplete use functions,poor housing quality and weak infrastructure.It is difficult for residents in the shantytowns to enjoy a high-quality living environment.In order to improve the living environment level of the people and improve the quality of the city,from2008 to 2020,about 43.8 million sets of shantytowns of all kinds were started to be transformed across the country,and about 100 million residents moved from shantytowns with poor living environment to comfortable and spacious resettlement houses,effectively improving the housing conditions of the people in shantytowns,shortening the gap between the rich and the poor within the city,improving the quality of the city,improving the comprehensive carrying capacity,and making the society more harmonious and stable.The municipal Party committee and municipal government where the C shantytown reconstruction project is located actively implement the national policies,vigorously promote the shantytown reconstruction,and deploy the shantytown reconstruction work for many times.The C shantytown reconstruction project has become one of the key reconstruction areas.However,due to various reasons such as plot distribution,geographical location and urban planning,the land after the shed reform is faced with many problems,such as difficult development of non centralized contiguous land,difficult rational allocation of resources,industrial layout and so on,which seriously affect the project operation after the shed reform.It is particularly important to break through the bottleneck of development and operation after shantytowns reform,and a scientific and reasonable shantytowns reform operation mode.Therefore,based on the relevant theories of operation and management and the experience of shed reform operation mode in advanced areas,this paper constructs a model of government guidance + multi-party participation in operation + overall economic,social and cultural development according to the current situation and characteristics of C shantytown reconstruction project.The research of this paper can expand and enrich the relevant research results of the operation of shantytowns in China,provide effective countermeasures and experience for the universal problems faced after the shantytowns reform,and make a certain breakthrough in the difficulties of shantytowns reform in the new era.
