| As China’s economy shifts from a stage of rapid growth to a stage of high-quality development,downward pressure on the macroeconomic cycle increases,and the international trade environment lacks stability,the impact of the epidemic has caused difficulties in the operation of many enterprises,and the supply of nonperforming assets of non-financial institutions has exploded for a long time.Financial asset management companies are also in urgent need of new business growth points after the completion of market-oriented transformation.Based on the large supply and demand of non-financial institutions non-performing assets,this paper studies the problems and countermeasures of financial asset management companies to develop non-financial institutions non-performing assets business.This paper based on the four financial asset management company in Hunan province is the research,from the underlying type,model,industry distribution,operation process,the cost of capital and market environment,and many other dimensions of the non-financial institution non-performing assets business development present situation analysis,found in the development process of its face credit,legal,marketing,operation risk,then find out the reason for the existence of the risk,The reasons mainly lie in the excessive concentration of the underlying assets in the creditor’s rights of the real estate industry,complex project operation process,high capital cost and imperfect market environment.On the basis of related risk and reason analysis,and detailed analysis of the local a case of bad assets disposal,non-financial institutions development of financial asset management companies non-performing assets business puts forward differentiation to choose investment target and the choice of industry,flexible disposal methods,refining the internal risk control indicators,construction of multi-channel financing system,optimize the environment of the market.In the case of the rapid development of non-financial NPL disposal business of financial asset management companies,risk control is conducive to our understanding of the development of this business of the four financial asset management companies in Hunan Province.Meanwhile,the suggestions given are of guiding significance for the better development of NPL business of non-financial institutions in the future. |
