Research On The Capital Structure Optimization Path Of B Car Enterprises Under The Background Of Dual Carbon

The 14 th Five-Year Plan clearly calls for accelerating the construction of a modern energy system,promoting the construction of a new power system,promoting the gradual increase in the proportion of new energy,and striving to achieve the goal of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality" on schedule.Under the background of "dual carbon",the development and opportunities of the new energy automobile industry coexist.How new energy vehicle companies can seize opportunities and seek progress in a stable manner under the background of the new era puts forward higher requirements for enterprises and managers.New energy vehicle manufacturing is different from traditional vehicles,and technological innovation and product iteration require a lot of financial support.Therefore,the excellent capital structure of new energy vehicle enterprises has become a key factor in whether enterprises can develop and grow.By Based on the theory of capital structure at home and abroad,this paper selects the domestic brand-b auto enterprise which is the top seller of new energy vehicle industry as the research object.To conduct a longitudinal analysis of the2017-2021 of the B car company and compare them with their outstanding counterparts,it finds the problems of capital structure,such as blocking of green financing channels,high concentration of equity,high asset-liability ratio and unreasonable financing period.This paper divides the capital structure optimization into two steps: first,using the static optimization model,the paper calculates the2021 asset-liability ratio of the B vehicle enterprise from 2017 to 2021 by using the entropy weight method to carry out the dynamic optimization operation,the optimal capital structure interval is obtained.Finally,according to the actual situation of B automobile enterprise,the paper puts forward the capital structure optimization strategy with the main content of“Green” financing,and puts forward the safeguard measures from the inside and outside angles.
