With the rapid development of electrified railways,massive electrified railway systems and pipeline systems are forced to share "public corridors" due to a lack of land space.It makes the AC interference between the railway and pipeline systems increasingly serious,causing severe security risks for the pipeline operation.Thus,this work developed an AC interference simulation model for the railway-pipeline system.The work then performed an optimization analysis of AC interference prevention strategies based on the model.The main research contents and results are listed below:(1)The relevant factors in the pipeline system,railway system,and external environment were determined according to the actual engineering scenario.The railway-pipeline AC interference simulation model was established with numerical simulation calculation software.Then the assessment index system for pipeline protection was built to optimize the pipeline protection strategies.(2)The relevant factors in the pipeline system,railway system,and external environment were determined according to the actual engineering scenario.The railway-pipeline AC interference simulation model was established with numerical simulation calculation software.Then the optimization strategy for these parameters in the railway system was derived based on the correlation of each parameter.(3)In terms of the pipeline system,the zinc strip drainage protection method was selected based on a comparison of existing alternating disturbance protection measures.Five characteristics,including zinc strip diameter,ground bed buried depth,ground bed-pipe spacing,pipeline location,and laying method,were selected to study the influence of these parameters on alternating disturbance.Furthermore,the simulated annealing algorithm was used to optimize the parameters and determine the optimization strategy based on horizontal multi-segment and equal-depth laying.(4)Finally,this study provides a comprehensive railway-pipeline system AC interference protection optimization technology by merging the strategies for railway and pipeline.The comprehensive optimization strategy may significantly minimize AC interference in the pipeline system while reducing the resource input required for AC interference avoidance.The AC interference calculation model and optimization technology established in this paper can provide a reference for railway-pipeline systems’ AC interference protection.Therefore,the work may help decrease AC interference damage between the two systems,ensure pipeline safety operation,and implement pipeline integrity monitoring.
