Magnetic-liquid double suspension bearing is composed electromagnetic suspension and hydrostatic bearing technology.The bearing capacity is improved,so that the bearing can run stably under the conditions of medium speed and heavy load,large support stiffness and so on.The compound control method increases the difficulty of control,and also makes the structure of the control system more complicated,and it leads to the increase of system fault points.Once the control system fails,it is difficult to judge the fault location correctly and quickly depending on manual maintenance,which leads to the loss of time and economy.It is necessary to use the diagnostic system to realize the rapid location of the control system fault to reduce the time and economic loss,so that the maintenance personnel can repair the system fault in time.In this paper,the fault diagnosis model and diagnosis system of the control system are designed and developed,so as to realize the rapid location of bearing faults and provide appropriate solutions.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)The composition and structure of magnetic-liquid double suspension bearing are introduced,and its working principle is introduced.According to bearing fault records,the performance of common faults in bearing control system is analyzed.The design requirements of diagnostic system are analyzed.(2)The T-S fuzzy fault tree model of bearing control system is constructed and mapped to the Bayesian network model.The bearing control system is analyzed by Bayesian network,and the analysis results are used as the basic data of the knowledge base of the diagnostic system.(3)Based on the T-S fault tree model and Bayesian network results,appropriate knowledge representation and storage methods are selected to convert them into the rules of the diagnostic system,so as to complete the construction of the knowledge base of the diagnostic system.And then the reasoning mechanism of the diagnostic system is studied,and the inference machine is designed by using forward reasoning.At the same time,the interpreter is studied and the whole function of the diagnostic system is constructed.(4)The fault diagnosis system is completed and the ability of each part of the system is introduced.Through the test,the function of helping maintenance personnel to quickly troubleshoot bearing faults is realized,and then the accuracy and reliability of the diagnosis system are proved.
