| With the goals of achieving peak carbon emissions and carbon neutrality,building a clean,low-carbon,safe and efficient energy system and promoting the transformation of the energy structure from traditional energy to new energy with high-quality has become the focus of China’s economic construction and development.In the era of innovation-driven development,a new round of energy technology revolution is emerging,and new energy technology achievements are constantly emerging.Major countries in the world regard energy technology as the breakthrough of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution.And China regards the new energy industry as one of the key strategic emerging industries.China’s new energy industry is developing rapidly and has great development potential,which plays an important role in promoting the optimization of energy structure and the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.Strengthening the innovation of new energy technologies is an important means to promote the high-quality and efficient utilization of clean energy.Therefore,the analysis of the spatio-temporal pattern characteristics and influencing factors of the technology transfer network of China’s new energy industry will not only enrich the academic research on the technology innovation network,but also have important significance for promoting the innovation and development of China’s new energy industry.Based on the solar and wind energy patent transfer data obtained by the Patent Retrieval System of the State Intellectual Property Office,and constructs a directed weighted network of technology transfer in China’s new energy industry based on the innovation network theory and spatial structure theory.Firstly,the spatial and temporal characteristics of technology transfer intensity in China’s new energy industry are discussed by using social network analysis method and geospatial analysis method.Secondly,the overall and individual network structure,spatial structure,hierarchical structure and sub-group structure characteristics of technology transfer network in China’s new energy industry are analyzed.This paper systematically analyzes the basic characteristics and development trend of China’s new energy industry technology transfer network evolution,and finally introduces the spatial econometric model to empirically analyze the influencing factors of China’s new energy industry technology transfer.The results show that:(1)On the whole,the intensity of technology transfer in China’s new energy industry is increasing rapidly,and the geographical restrictions are constantly broken.The participation of cities is increasing,and the proportion of technology transfer across cities is increasing.However,the spatial difference is still significant,showing a "strong east and weak west" pattern.(2)China’s new energy industry technology transfer network continues to expand,network density continues to increase,network structure cohesion is gradually enhanced,and network accessibility is also improving.The polarization characteristics of the technology transfer network are obvious and conform to the power-law distribution law,showing the characteristics of "pyramid structure",that is,the technology transfer network is controlled by a few hub city nodes,and most cities are located in the low order due to the lack of linking technology innovation resources.The technology transfer flow of new energy industry is imbalanced,spatially unevenly distributed,with a tendency of agglomeration,showing an expansion trend from east to west;Among them,the solar energy technology transfer network has initially formed a "diamond shape" structure with the Beijing-Tianjin,Yangtze River Delta,Pearl River Delta and Chengdu-Chongqing urban agglomeration as the core,while the wind energy technology transfer network has formed the structural characteristics of dense in the east and sparse in the west,multi-center radiation and local network.The advantage connection pattern of technology transfer network of new energy industry has the characteristics of big city,provincial administrative center and provincial boundary effect.The technology transfer network is dominated by Beijing,showing obvious core-edge hierarchical structure.The hierarchical structure is strong in the east and weak in the west.The technology transfer network is divided into four parts: the main beneficiary plate,the main spillover plate,the broker plate and the two-way spillover plate.The plates are interconnected with each other and are distributed in staggered space with fuzzy boundaries.The distribution features are not only near geographical proximity,but also long distance distribution across the boundary of administrative boundaries.(3)There is causal relationship and spatial spillover effect between the development of technology transfer network of new energy industry and the influencing factors,and the influence degree of each influencing factor is different.Including policy support,economic development level,investment in science and technology level are the key factors in the development of new energy industry technology transfer,have significant positive role in promoting.Environmental regulation level,resource endowment,the social demand,the level of urban infrastructure is the premise of technology transfer of new energy industry,the level of scientific research and education effect is not obvious,The level of industrialization has a significant retarding effect. |
