| Traditional vernacular dwellings,as the representative of the most extensive architectural types in China,have been stretching for thousands of years,adapting to the local environment,reflecting the wisdom of the broad masses of people and containing rich connotations.Tongshan Ancient City,Dongshan County,Zhangzhou City,Fujian Province,was built for the purpose of coastal defense during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty.Up to now,many traditional vernacular dwellings of the Ming and Qing dynasties are still preserved in the ancient city,which not only features the traditional architectural style of southern Fujian,but also has unique local styles,practices and cultural connotations.However,with the development of The Times,the problem of "one city in a same appearance" appeared in the ancient city.The new buildings were the same,the pursuit of western decoration,and some buildings were unorthodox and the pursuit of unique personality.The overall appearance of the ancient city was damaged.The root cause is the lack of attention and research on the inheritance,protection and renewal of traditional vernacular dwellings.In view of this background,the paraphrase principles and techniques suitable for future new buildings in Tongshan Ancient City area are explored through the study of local traditional vernacular dwellings,combined with excellent contemporary paraphrase cases at home and abroad,especially in southern Fujian.In view of the current situation of partial paraphrase design being "superficial",semiotics,the theory of research meaning,is chosen as the theoretical research basis of the full text.The paper consists of six chapters.The first chapter introduces the background,purpose and significance of the topic,sorts out domestic and foreign literatures on paraphrase design,semiotics and the study of traditional vernacular dwellings in southern Fujian,and summarizes the framework of the text.The second chapter explores the development of semiotics and architectural semiotics as well as the theoretical viewpoints of semiotics,and makes a brief review of paraphrase and regionalism theories.The third chapter introduces the general situation of Tongshan Ancient City in Dongshan County.In view of the situation that previous scholars have not studied the local traditional vernacular dwellings,it pays attention to the investigation statistics and research.Under the guidance of semiotics theory,it divides seven symbols of traditional residential buildings and conducts in-depth research on the specific methods,forms and connotations.The fourth chapter explores the problems.Based on the research on residential buildings,it analyzes the excellent contemporary paraphrase design cases and summarizes the principles and techniques suitable for the paraphrase of local architectural symbols by combining with the concrete analysis of traditional vernacular dwellings in Tongshan ancient City.The fifth chapter takes two architectural design projects of Tongshan Ancient City area in which the author participates as examples to illustrate the previous research content.The sixth chapter is the conclusion of the full text,which summarizes the content of the full text and summarizes the research results and conclusions.At present,there are some problems in the protection and research of traditional dwellings in Tongshan Ancient city,as well as in the planning and design of new buildings.Combining with the research on specific problems,this paper puts forward the paraphrase design method of "protection,research and design",which should not only "look forward"but also "look backward",as well as three principles of specific design techniques,adaptability,artistry and inheritance of "equal emphasis on form and meaning".In order to explore the adaptation to the development of contemporary architecture in Tongshan ancient city area,the hope to provide some ideas and practical experience for the paraphrase design work based on traditional architecture in other areas of our country. |
