Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of China’s economy and social progress,railway technology is becoming more and more mature,urban population and scale are expanding,and the operation speed and operation quality of high-speed railway vehicles are increasingly concerned by the society.As the key equipment for high-speed EMU to collect wastewater and drainage,the fluid in the sewage tank will have obvious impact when the train is in the state of rapid acceleration and deceleration due to the suspension at the bottom of the train,and its overall structural strength affects the safety of train operation.The layout of the sewage tank and its hoisting equipment is relatively complex,so it is not suitable to refer to the traditional theoretical method for strength check,and the overall structure test cycle is long.Therefore,in order to ensure the stability and reliability of the sewage tank hoisting structure,this paper carries out the strength related calculation for the sewage tank hoisting structure under the vehicle,and makes the structural optimization design for the sewage tank hoisting structure,the specific contents are as follows:Chapter 1: The introduction starts from the history of railway development,summarizes the domestic and foreign railway,introduces the historical process of the development of structural optimization and the existing mainstream design methods of structural optimization,and puts forward the research content,subject background and research significance of this paper.Chapter 2: Starting from the foundation of finite element method and structural optimization,it briefly describes the development process and basic idea of finite element method,summarizes the basic concept of structural optimization,expounds the general process of Optistruct software optimization,and introduces the related software platform.Chapter 3: Based on the shell finite element model,the relevant parameters of sewage tank hoisting structure are introduced,and the load conditions and constraints are determined according to en 12663 standard.The process of Hyper Mesh shell element modeling is described in detail,and its static strength is analyzed.Based on this,the bolt strength is calculated.Chapter 4: The solid element modeling method in Hyper Mesh is introduced.Based on hexahedron element,the solid finite element model of sewage tank hoisting structure bolt connection is constructed,and the basic process of contact pair creation and bolt preload loading is described in detail.Based on the theory of contact nonlinearity,ANSYS is used to calculate the contact nonlinearity.According to the nonlinear calculation results,the bolt strength is re evaluated,and the calculation results of shell element model and solid element model are compared to verify the consistency of the two models.Chapter 5: Based on the above comparison,the shell element model is used to study the optimization of the structure of the sewage tank hanger.It includes the setting of parameters related to topology optimization,the establishment of different response and design variables according to the obtained model,and the topology optimization design of five schemes.Under the condition of meeting the strength requirements,an optimal scheme is adopted to optimize the size.Through the performance comparison of the structure before and after optimization,the purpose of lightweight is achieved.
