In order to achieve the goals and requirements of the "14th Five-Year Plan" in accelerating the construction of a strong transportation country,and comprehensively improve the selfidentification and self-control of subway operation safety risks,and the self-inspection and autonomy of hidden dangers,relying on the actual operation and management of a subway company,the construction of a subway construction system security risk management and control level And the hidden danger investigation and management mechanism,build an application platform,in order to provide technical support for the scientific,systematic and intelligent closed-loop management and control of the subway public service system.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Identified the safety risks of the subway public works system.Combined with the actual operation of the subway public works system,based on the HAZOP analysis,4 first-level units,11 second-level units,and 58 third-level units including "operating environment,equipment and facility inspection and maintenance,organization and management,and personnel" are divided The risk unit of the node;through the research and judgment of the risk node,the possible deviations,their consequences,and the causes are summarized into a table to provide support for the construction of the risk problem database.(2)Constructed a safety risk assessment model for the subway public works system.First,in view of the multi-attribute group decision-making problem in the analysis of the complex giant system of subway public works,a hierarchical management and control criterion including the possibility,severity,and frequency of dangerous exposure was established;second,the improved group was used to determine the comprehensive assignment interval.Calculate the risk attitude factor and optimize the index weight;then,use the fuzzy soft set model to solve the random ambiguity of the index,and quantify the security risk;finally,integrate the type,description,level,control measures and implementation requirements of the risk.A question library containing 176 items of risk information was constructed to achieve hierarchical management and control of security risks.(3)Constructed a model for the investigation and management of hidden dangers in the subway public works system.First of all,combined with the actual conditions of subway public works and based on the improved FRAM analysis method,16 failed link function modules are identified from the six dimensions of "input,output,premise,time,resources,and control",and the coupling relationship is identified through the module characteristics.Constructed the FRAM analysis model;then,used OWA and entropy method to quantify the degree of output and input phenotypic resonance,identified broken functional links,and sorted out five hidden danger units such as "artificial road inspection";finally,constructed The functional hidden danger prevention and control barrier is solved,the traditional hidden danger investigation and management has solved the problem of missing items and missing items due to excessive reliance on experience,and the hidden danger inspection and management of the whole life cycle is realized.(4)Combining the actual situation of a subway company,using JAVA technology to build an information platform for the dual prevention mechanism of subway construction safety risks.Record and integrate the information of subway public works risk points,show the risk levels of certain sections of subway public works,and form a risk map.The hidden danger investigation and management information is displayed in the form of pie charts,line charts,etc.,to assist the closed-loop management of hidden dangers in the six post modules.So as to realize the construction and application of the "dual mechanism" of the subway public service system.
