| Train network control system is a core technology of high-speed EMUs,which provides important guarantee for the safe operation of trains.Therefore,the vehicle network must be debugged rigorously before the EMU leaves the factory.Through the investigation,it is found that the domestic EMU commissioning technology has some problems such as low intelligence and low debugging efficiency,which has gradually been unable to meet the increasing production demand for EMUs.Therefore,based on the new generation Ethernet train communication network,this paper studies the EMU single vehicle commissioning technology.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)In view of the problems of EMU single vehicle commissioning technology and the trend of upgrading the train communication network,the Train Real-Time Data Protocol is studied in depth.Taking CR300 AF EMU as the research object,through the analysis of the actual demand of the commissioning site,the improvement scheme of the commissioning system is given,and the test mode of "automatic operation automatic confirmation" is designed.The feasibility of the wireless communication scheme of the system is discussed,and the hardware design of the single vehicle network debugging device is completed.(2)Based on the overall scheme of the commissioning system,the functional requirements of the vehicle network debugging software are analyzed.The object-oriented programming method is used to divide the software architecture into four parts : TRDP communication module,WIFI communication module,database module and user function interface.The Qt Creator development platform is used to complete the software development work,so that the software can meet the needs of the vehicle commissioning test.At the same time,the software realizes the function of automatically generating debugging interface based on communication protocol,which is convenient to expand and adapt to a variety of vehicle models.(3)Through the laboratory test and field test,the function of the single vehicle network debugging device is verified.The test shows that the device can establish stable TRDP communication with the train network,realize the monitoring and control of the train devices,and complete the single vehicle commissioning task.At the same time,the device can combine effectively handheld terminal PAD,DC control device and other field equipment,optimize the single vehicle Commissioning process,establish an efficient test mode,improve the commissioning efficiency of EMUs,and improve the intelligent level of single vehicle commissioning test technology. |
