With the gradual expansion of the power grid scale,the power system is also faced with many uncertain factors,such as load power fluctuations in different degrees,random faults in HVDC transmission system,etc.,which will directly affect the stability of the system frequency,and serious power outages will also produce high losses.The quality of frequency response capacity planning scheme is directly related to the stability and economy of power system when random faults occur.In this paper,the frequency response schemes of power system with random faults are planned and studied from the microscopic and macroscopic,qualitative and quantitative perspectives.The main work is as follows:First of all,starting with the classical frequency response model,by building a simulation model on Matlab/simulink,the influence of the studied variable on the system frequency variation is qualitatively explored,and the simulation and result analysis are carried out.Then,a low-frequency load shedding module is added on the basis of the classical model,that is,considering the action of automatic low-frequency load shedding device when the system has different degrees of load power disturbance,the dynamic change process of power system frequency is studied to ensure the frequency stability of the system.Secondly,the frequency response capacity of power system is planned quantitatively.Specifically,firstly,the principle and classification of particle swarm optimization algorithm are briefly summarized,and it is introduced into the problem of power system frequency response capacity planning.Considering the constraints such as unit output constraint,start-stop constraint,frequency response capacity constraint and frequency offset constraint,a frequency response capacity planning model based on particle swarm optimization algorithm is established,and it is solved and analyzed by particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,the decision-making methods of power system planning are summarized from a macro perspective,including related principles and concepts.The index of conditional reliability is introduced into the frequency response planning problem,and a cost-benefit analysis model based on conditional reliability is established,and the cost of frequency response scheme under different random faults is analyzed by an example.On this basis,the conditional reliability cost under different condition factors is calculated,and the influence of loss range concerned by decision makers on frequency response capacity planning scheme is illustrated.Examples show the feasibility and correctness of the proposed model and method.
