| At present,my country’s rail transit industry is developing rapidly,the running speed of urban rail trains is also increasing,and the complexity of the lines is also increasing.Only relying on traditional manual driving cannot meet the development requirements of urban rail transit.With the development of urban rail transit signal systems,advanced rail transit signal systems have begun to be applied to train control,providing technical support for the application of urban rail transit automatic driving systems.At the same time,the advanced automatic train control system plays a key role in ensuring the safety,efficiency,comfort,punctuality,energy saving and other important indicators of trains.It is conducive to solving the increasingly serious problem of energy consumption,promoting economic development,and saving urban rail transit.Operating costs.Based on the above background,this article aims to study the energy-saving optimization control of the automatic driving system of urban rail trains under the control of the CBTC signal system.After analyzing the structure and working process of the existing signal system in detail,the basic structure of the automatic driving system of the train is determined.,Functions and operating principles of automatic driving,with the cooperation of the existing CBTC system,under the premise of meeting operating indicators such as train punctuality,comfort,and fixed-point parking accuracy,with the goal of minimizing energy consumption,the genetic algorithm is used to optimize train operation Curve,reducing the traction energy consumption of train operation.In order to track the optimized train operation curve,imitate the operation behavior of the driver,deal with the deviation of operation speed and operation time,apply neural network control algorithm and fuzzy control algorithm to determine the tractive force and control required when the train follows the operation curve during operation.The size of the power,and the vector control algorithm adopting the maximum torque current ratio control of the motor at the motor torque control level is determined,which realizes the control of the train traction and the tracking of the optimal operating curve.Using Matlab/Simulink simulation tools,a model of train system operation energy consumption using frame-controlled traction system was established,and the maximum torque-to-current ratio control was applied to verify the optimization and control methods proposed in this paper.The train operation process is simulated according to the control algorithm designed in this paper,and the operation and energy consumption are simulated and analyzed.Finally,the actual line parameters and train parameters are selected to carry out the overall simulation of the automatic train driving system.The train energy-saving control strategy proposed in this paper and the feasibility of the automatic driving system are verified,and the validity of the automatic driving control strategy proposed in this paper is verified. |
