| With the rapid development of social economy and the acceleration of urbanization,people’s life pressure is gradually increasing,and people are eager to return to nature.The Hunan state-owned forest farm has a good forest ecological environment and has great potential for the development of forest tourism and forest health.However,the transformation and development of forest farm is still in the primary stage,and the development of the forest farm lacks complete theoretical guidance.This thesis takes Hunan state-owned forest farm as the research object,use research methods such as literature review and semi-structured interviews,discussing the problems faced by Hunan state-owned forest farms,and putting forward planning models and strategies,the main research results are as follows:(1)Aiming at the transformation of state-owned forest farms into health-care forest parks,this thesis puts forward the relevant research theory and the elements of the development of forest health,discussing the construction standards and norms of forest health from four aspects:the construction of forest health basement,the construction of forest health infrastructure,the construction of forest health service facilities,and the construction of forest health supporting facilities.(2)Analyze outstanding domestic and foreign cases such as the master plan of Aogu Wetland Forest Park in combination with related theories,and summarize five points for reference:(1)Carry out special tourism projects in each season(2)Construct a comprehensive industrial system for tourism and health care(3)Create diversified health products(4)Provide different spaces for different groups of people(5)Clarify the boundaries of protection and reconstruction,develop in different areas and levels.and apply it to the transformation planning of Xiyao Lvgu Forest Park(3)Through field surveys of six forest farms including the Daweishan state-owned forest farm in Hunan,make a comprehensive analysis of the forest farm from the aspects of site overview,natural resources,health care industry status,etc.,summarize the following problems in the current transformation of Hunan forest farm:(1)Unreasonable utilization of resources and no corresponding value creation(2)Plant collocation is relatively simple and less ornamental(3)Cross border and cross regional integration development mechanism has not been established,and forest farm function is single(4)Lack of various professionals and managers(5)Imperfect infrastructure and low level of service management.(4)Putting forward the planning principles and specific planning elements that should be followed in the transformation and development planning of state-owned forest farms in Hunan Province.Through further exploration to get the following planning strategies:(1)Clarify and integrate the forest landscape resources in the site(2)Explore the characteristics of the site,create the characteristic landscape and activities(3)Excavate site memory and enrich site cultural connotation(4)Focus on health care industry,multi-industry integrated development(5)Introduce professional talents,pay attention to later management and maintenance(5)Aiming at Hunan Xiyao Lvgu Forest Park,apply the principles,elements and strategies summarized above,clearing the functional zoning and planning the landscape structure.Pay attention to the construction of plant landscape and the planning of health care industry.Build a forest park with beautiful scenery,profound cultural connotation,complete supporting facilities and industrial integration development.In summary,the transformation and development of Hunan state-owned forest farm is to improve the forest ecological environment and solve the needs of urban people who desire to return to nature,and it is also an important way to revitalize the economy of remote forest areas and increase farmers’ income.Based on this,the transformation of Hunan’s state-owned forest farm should be emphasized in order to implement scientific and reasonable planning. |
