| With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the problem of urban water supply has become increasingly prominent.The spatial and spatial distribution of water resources is uneven,the average level of water resources is low,and there is an obvious downward trend,the water environment continues to deteriorate,the water quality pollution is increasingly serious,the urban water supply leakage problem is prominent,the secondary pollution is serious,the utilization rate of water resources is low,the flood control pressure increases year by year.With the rapid development of smart city and the general recognition of our society,the concept of "smart water" has become more and more popular.The core of smart water industry lies in:perception transparency,connectivity,deep integration,sharing resources,collaborative operation,intelligent service,and being able to perceive the water environment more comprehensively.Intelligent water supply is the inevitable trend to realize the modernization of urban water supply management,and it is the main problem to solve the current urban water supply.In 2013,the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development released 90 "smart city" pilot cities.With the rapid development of smart city construction,the scale of smart water supply market is also growing rapidly.Many companies are actively transforming and participating in it,and the competition among industries is becoming increasingly fierce.This paper uses literature analysis,questionnaire survey,case analysis and other methods,using the method of 7P marketing,to analyze and discuss the marketing strategy of Guizhou water enterprises.This paper uses SWOT method to make an empirical study of Guizhou water.The results show that: product innovation ability is poor,brand building is not enough;The development of channels and external publicity are not enough.In view of the above problems,Guizhou water enterprises in product,price and other aspects of the corresponding countermeasures.At the same time,to establish effective marketing channels,sound management system,do a good job in market promotion,rational use of resources,strengthen internal communication and cooperation,improve the service level,improve the timeliness of the enterprise,create a professional market team,improve the comprehensive quality of market talents,has a certain reference significance for the same industry companies. |
