With the rapid development of Power Electronics and popularity of the concepts of new energy,Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM)is widely applied in various industrial sectors,especially in the field of new energy vehicles because of its high cost effectiveness,high delivery efficiency and other characteristics.This dissertation introduces the rules for selection of fuzzy rules,fuzzy domain,scale factor and quantization factor in fuzzy-PID control,takes the fast speed response and speed stability of permanent magnet synchronous motors during actual operation as the focus,combines with the theory of nonlinear control to analyze the nonlinearity and strong coupling of PMSM,chooses backstepping control as the control strategy to decompose PMSM nonlinear system into several subsystems and ensures the stability of the subsystems by designing Lyapunov functions for each subsystem,thus achieving global stability of the whole system.Considering the perturbation of parameters and load during the operation of PMSM system,this dissertation sets stator resistance and load torque as unknown estimators and combines fuzzy control with backstepping control to design the control law and adaptive law to realize the stability of the system during the speed adjustment process.Due to the over-reliance on expert experience in the selection of scaling and quantification factors in fuzzy control,this dissertation uses genetic algorithms to optimize the initial parameters of fuzzy control and finally make the design of fuzzy adaptive backstepping controller into reality.This dissertation builds a PMSM simulation model under the PID control,fuzzy PID control,fuzzy PID control with the optimization of genetic algorithm and fuzzy adaptive backstepping control to study simulating comparison in terms of fast speed response,speed tracking,load resistance and interference resistance.At last,PID control,fuzzy PID control with the optimization of genetic algorithm and fuzzy adaptive backstepping control are built on the experimental platform to conduct experimental comparison.Simulation and experimental data show that fuzzy adaptive backstepping control provides better fast speed response,speed tracking ability and speed stability.
