| With the surge of road transportation pressure and the increase of traffic fl ow,the phenomenon of non-corresponding road arches,partial arches or no arches commonly occurs on the old asphalt pavement.Great danger.In addition,the above problems will also cause poor road drainage,further aggravate the damage of the asphalt pavement,and seriously affect the road service level and driving safety.At present,my country has not yet issued a relatively standardized plan for adjusting the arch and paving of the old road.Therefore,it is urgent to develop and apply new technical means to optimize the arch adjustment method of the old road.Based on the current situation of the old asphalt pavement,this paper proposes a variety of arch adjustment schemes for the old asphalt pavement.The optimal scheme is realized by analyzing the stress-strain law of each scheme and applying BIM technology.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Systematically study the technical content of arch adjustm ent of old asphalt pavement,and based on the summarization and analysis of traditional arch adjustment concept and arch adjustment theory,two applicable arch adjustment methods are proposed:triangular arch adjustment layer setting and trapezoidal arch adj ustment layer setting.(2)Based on the applicable arch adjustment methods,this paper extracts four arch adjustment schemes.Option 1:Set up a triangular cushion with adjustable arch,and directly add overlay;Option 2:Set up a triangular cushion with adjustable arch,mill the surface,and add 20cm cement stabilized gravel base for reinforcement;Option 3:Set up trapezoidal adjustable arch Option 4:Set up a trapezoidal adjustable arch layer,mill the surface layer,and add a 20cm cement stabilized gravel base for reinforcement.(The surface layer parameters of each scheme are 4cmAC-13+5cmAC-20).Finite element analysis is used to carry out numerical analysis of the asphalt pavement structural model for the four schemes under static load.Different road sections are considered comprehensively,and the stress of each scheme multiple influencing factors is studied through the comparative analysis method and the variable control method.Strain law,the results show that the method of trapezoidal arch adjustment is better than that of triangular cushion,and the third and fourth schemes are determined as the arch adjustment scheme.(3)This study is based on the parametric idea of the BIM technology,specifically using the Dynamo horizontal and vertical alignment method to read the element information of the horizontal and vertical curves of the old road,and set out the center line of the horizontal and vertical curves of the road project.The section stakeout method is segmented and fused to generate the road body model,and finally the information model is established by integration.And use the direct and indirect data of the information model to generate the elevation deviation table,so as to verify the superiority of the method of setting the trapezoidal arch adjustment.(4)Relying on the reconstruction project of the G316 Xunyang section,using the BIMbased arch adjustment scheme of the old asphalt pavement obtained from the research,following the BIM realization idea,the procedural modeling is realized.Combined with the actual arch adjustment data of the reconstruction project of the G316 Xunyang section,a BIM model was established,and the model information was used to further verify that all design parameters met the requirements.According to the traditional arch-adjustment concept and arch-adjustment theory,a technical scheme for arch-adjustment and over-paving of old asphalt pavement based on BIM technology verification is proposed,the design scheme for arch-adjustment and over-paving of old asphalt pavement is optimized,and a reference scheme for old road reconstruction projects is provided.and rationalization suggestions have practical significance for promoting the sustainable development of my country’s transportation infrastructure. |
