Research On Optimization Scheme Of Performance Management System For Frontline Staff Of X Station

Since the reform and opening up,Chinese railway transport enterprises have been constantly seeking a modern development path to better achieve standardized and scientific management.At present,railway transport enterprises are still constantly exploring in the performance appraisal,and a sound and scientific performance appraisal system has not been formed,especially the performance appraisal plan of front-line railway workers still goes through the formalities and takes heavy forms,which seriously restricts the reform promotion and further healthy development of enterprises.Therefore,it is very necessary to optimize the performance assessment of front-line staff plan of railway transportation enterprises.This article selectsed the performance appraisal scheme of X station,the questionnaire survey and interview of the staff,and the current lack of performance management consciousness,the system,the performance appraisal system,and the inability to adapt to the reorganization and development of railway enterprises.Through the study of the existing front-line workers,the optimization scheme of front-line workers,is proposed to motivate the front-line workers and improve the front-line production efficiency,and better realize the first-line workers,and realize the standardized and scientific management mode of X station.Through the study of this article,we further understand the process defects,incentive and training of X station,establish a set of feasible management objectives for the optimization of X station and scheme,stimulate internal potential and improve overall performance,and provide reference and reference for the performance appraisal scheme of other railway transportation enterprises.
